Making a Gold Leaf - Jewellery Making

- In this video I am showing you how to make 24K Gold leaf design.
Same method can be used for making it any purity.
You can even make it in silver/ any other metal.
This is a traditional jewellery making technique of India. It is a perfect substitute to casting machines.
I have used a die (Thappa) to make it. If you want any other designs of Lord/God , then do let me know by commenting below. I have many dies like Jesus, silver spoon, Balaji, Om, Satyam, Lakshmi, Shiva, Hanuman, Elephant, Cat, Dolphin, Fish, dollar, etc

what is the first material you use please? also you work with 24k which is soft. when using other karature i suppose must be anniled in between the stokes
Hi , thats Lead . I have worked with 14k as well. It gets difficult with hard metals for sure . But still it works out somehow

I haven't used gloves. If you consume it then it is dangerous. I don't think it's dangerous by just touching

It works on guessing it. Sometimes comes with experience. You need to make the gold paath and keep weighting it
