Here i have a question if u could answer in yr next video ,
That is i personally i dont think what happened in past
at different time episodes as property keep rising in last 10 to 15 years, now where this all standing or landed it is sooner or later its gona happen ,
there is not much to blame economic crises bcoz propery was rising stupidly without any concerns of economic situation,
Bcoz there were no indicators of economic groth in last 15 years as compared to property groth,
It is unrelatable ,
one can say it was reflection of inflation but i dont it was pure "satta"
Controlled monopoly and fall gona happen if not now then may be 5 or 8 years ahead, it gona be happen naturally,
Leave aside investors ,property dealers common man mindset was tuned like buy a property let
say at 10 lack and sell in within a month or 2 at 12 lack,and this stupidity was happening,
Only losers were the end line buyers who were looking a plot to make a home,
This is not a bussines model, and does not reflect any actual need or relatable to our economy ,
Instead of making people fall into this u guys should tell people to buy propert to be hold atleast 3 to 4 years so natural cycle keeps going and people get geniune good returns after holding propery of 3 or 4 years,

Ya bhi logon ko batain ka baz developers abhi building shuru bhi nahi hoi hoti too bhi advance payment par rental income offer kartay hain. Jab shop abhi maujood hi nahi too rent kis cheze ka. Kaya ye Riba (interest) ha. Phir too Allah ka aesay logon ka sath aelan e jang ha. Ya too yaqeenan barbad ho jain ga.
