Yea it's a farcry from the trailers but what they did end up with is some serious best in the industry content. I hope they fully realize those trailers in the sequel. I was 2077s biggest critic and thought witcher 3 was shit. There's just so much good game that was buried under bugs at release. Starfield made me give it another shot. So much of what I was looking for in Starfield after I realized it's just not a space flight sim in any capacity was already in Cyberpunk.

I’m definitely more of a car guy than a fan of cyberpunk, seeing all the little details they put into the Type-66 Hoon hit harder than the memorials, and that’s saying something when Edgerunners almost made me cry. I forget how but you can get David’s jacket and Rebecca’s gun too

Fun fact the car is a reference to Ken Block a race car driver who died at the beginning of 2023 and the car is supposed to look like car he drove the “hoonicorn” hence the name “hoon” given to it. So not only is there sadness for the characters from edgerunners but also the real life person as well.
What's funny about the side mission is that it might be a reference to a Queen song also called "I'm in love with my car." It was made by the bands drummer who locked himself in a closet until his band mates agreed to make the song
