I bought the iPormis full size bed from Amazon and it was supposed to be labeled. The instructions did not make any sense. Holes not drilled correctly. Some screws already in the bed. I have searched for something that looks some what like my bed. I almost wanted to return it until I found your video. Thank you for my sanity on this bed. 🙏🏼

I have an installation of 2 of these tomorrow. I’m wondering what type of screws those are or if they’re Allen key and what size so I can have the drill tip instead of fiddling with a little Allen wrench

Do you know where I can buy spare parts for this bed? I’m missing the “K” part. (The short black metal piece that supports the center beams.)
Hey there! 👋🏾 I’d say your best bet would be to contact the retailer that the bed was purchased from. Tell them which part is missing / damaged and they will send you a replacement part. I'm seeing the no instructions included is a trend with this bed. What about screws? Did anyone's bed come with screws because my box was sans screws and instructions!
Hi Tiffany! 👋 Wow, no manual or hardware?! We’ve seen a lot but never missing both manual and hardware. Did you check the box thoroughly? If you did and they aren’t there then you should contact the retailer that you got it from and request that they send you both.
