Gotta comment on a photo like when she posts about this video later on Instagram comment on it if you are wanting gachapon. She gets hundreds of messages daily. You just need to be patient, and if you see a photo of what you're wanting her to play for you, she'll more than likely respond to the comment on that photo than a message.
I have been trying to get a hold of her to. Just be patient I know it is a bit frustrating, they are on a different time area as well. 14 hours a head of most of us. It is hard to be patient.
