You truly are an encyclopaedia of food brishti ji! Never knew sooo many veg dishes can actually exist.!
PS- I truly love my non veg dishes but honestly didn’t think veg could have sooo many choices! Such a huge variety of skills. It’s amazing!
I’ve tried quite a few of your recipes Brishti ji- dal makhani, bajre ki roti (which was amazing!!!) shahi paneer.
Once again hats off to all the efforts you take in sharing the local dishes which somehow I feel are overshadowed by the restaurant style dishes. 💥💥🙏🏻🙏🏻
Sach mein....I m also non vegetarian...mujhe to lgta tha k vegetarian log sirf paneer k alawa kya khate honge...but Bristi k bataye huye recipe mai e try Kiya..sabhi k sabhi ache bane..aur ab pata chala k veg mein v itne sare recipe hoti hain...I was wrong..thanks to Bristi...she is inspiration for us
