WoW!! What a great idea, You can mix meats in the same Pizza Roll for variety. Prosciutto on one side and Gaba Ghoul on the other side. Maybe add slices of Provolone on top of the meat slices.
I tried this recipe but made some changes to feed more plp. Instead of rolling the entire dough into one log, I rolled it into 4 portions & then cut them like you did.
I think 400° is his go-to oven setting. He worked in a restaurant so he probably was use to one basic setting for efficiency and just applied it throughout his life.😊
