This timeless deck is only gated by Konami hitting all the cards because the deck is too cheap. In the current meta banish floodgates are good again, so maybe there will be a resurgence in this budget option!

GOATed birds. With how the meta is right now, having Map and Eglen at two wouldn't break anything considering the wind statue is banned. Konami just hates the Based Birds.
