Beef casserole recipe:
500g diced lean steak
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
400g mushrooms, sliced
2 heaped tbsp plain flour, all purpose
1/4 head chopped white cabbage
4 carrots, chunked
100g peas
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 bayleaves
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp tomato puree
Worcestershire sauce, good dash
300ml beef stock
200ml guinness
100ml water
serve with whatever side dish you want with it.

On your recommendation I bought one of these on sale for £45. Like you, I love it. I love that it's so easy to clean, has so many functions, you can sauté before slow-cooking, and it's much easier to see what's going on and to stir than with my Instant Pot which was my previous favourite gadget along with my airfryer. hi Helen, I'm pleased you like it so much, I genuinely use mine as much as I possibly can, have u made rice in it? that's a game changer for me personally as I can't make rice only rice pudding lol

I bought one 2 years ago, and it is brilliant. It is light to pick up and as you say is so easy to clean. Would buy another without doubt.

What a good buy that is & a great price. I might get 1, lots of functions, easy to clean & not heavy. That beef & Guinness casserole delicious. If I buy 1 Hailey does it come with your casserole inside it !!! 😊 I like your honest opinion as well, you woukd say if it wasn't much cop or you didbt like something about it so I respect your honest review

Hi Hailey it looks fantastic and so easy to use I see ,I can not make rice at all I buy the boil in the bag but yours looked amazing and didn’t stick at all ,so on that note I went on Amazon and ordered myself one ,so looking forward to it coming and using it will let you know how I get on ,hope you all have a great weekend xxx
yay good on ya lass, I can't cook rice either, thus does up to 600g at once so that's a good amount even for your family xx

ah brilliant so many in me love this machine, it's amazing, cleanup of the inside after a long cooked stew, is 3 mins I kid u not, the non stick is fab, don't use metal on it Tho would be my advice, wood or plastic, I've bought a couple of ladles just for this xx

I can't find your video for it so I'm commenting here.
I love your ice cream recipe. I made a chocolate version early this morning. It's so light and fluffy. Because of a chronic dairy allergy I made a v...v... vegan version (but I'm not a vegan, just my dairy habits are). I found a vegan cream which whips up just as good as real cream. The vegan condensed milk looks awful insipid but when whipped into the cream, the colour is well hidden. I added a dairy free Nutella-style chocolate spread for flavour.

Can it cook at standard speeds eg Porridge. I’m trying to cut down on steam in the kitchen. What about energy any savings. ? Pasta?
boils pasta just fine , faster than hob, i rarely use my oven anymore, ive not tried porridge, so i dont know. sorry xx

Hiya. Thanks for your review. I’ve just got one. Have you roasted a whole chicken in there? I’m not sure how long to roast it for
i love this machine, wish i had got one sooner, i would sear the chicken all over, then place roast rack in, the max size chicken for it is about 2.2kg, i would consider spatchcocking ig its slightly bigger. it will tell you on your chicken wrapper how long to cook it on the instructions, just set the timer to that and pop the lid on, leave it. if it cooks abd your out it will automatically switch to keep warm. i cant say how long to cook your chicken, i dobt know hiw big it is lol xxxxx
Great thanks for the tips. It’s 1.3 kgs and says 1.35mins on the wrapper so I’ll do that in the multicooker

Could I make an omelette and cook chicken breast in there ? 🤔🤔🤔
it has a saute function Same as a pan, so could you make an omelette, I don't see why not. you can cook whole joints of meat in there, so a breast wouldn't be an issue xxx
Just got this how can o make a roast chicken
your multi cooker will of come with the guide book it will tell you to place the chicken in the baking rack and what time to set as per the weight and then select the roast mode, easy as

@VV-yj1uz yes hunni, I'm not one for instruction books BUT lol this one has the tables on it that will show u what to cook, the timings, the function, it's great, the rice done in this is FANTASTIC, but J can't boil rice to save me rump, so yea love it, I also put all my veg in on a Sunday, on steam function for 19 mins, and everything in it is done perfectly, even when stacked up xxx
