Yeah it's a great upgrade. But Mopar and ARB build Gr sports lc300 is the best. 200 series now got a huge after market support so it's more ideal option for an overlander who do run tough trails.

Toyota Japan has forgotten its customer base.... the LC 200 was amazing and they decided to change so many things...no split tailgate, no base model with wash out floor, no room to put a bigger spare wheel because of placement of fuel pump, no room for a spare battery, unproven diesel turbo technology.... no thanks
tell me why it still sells. In the philippines its not even sold locally but yet i have seen a bunch running around. if you want smth like that get the LC70 they still sell them.

If I'm getting it correct, it seems this x-treme edition version of the land cruiser is all about appearance, aesthetics and not performance.
Not as such, the suspensions are more adjusted to make it more of an off-road vehicle.

@@Milelecorp hi team, Australia has lots of modified LC300, one of the limits is GVM value Toyota placed on vehicle. With 4 passengers, full fuel, bullbar, roof rack and dual battery your at limit of suspension.
In Australia there is development to take this vehicle to 4200kg GVM which makes it viable 4x4. Nice vehicle though as weekender not tourer yet.
