This is stunning. The symbolism, seeing these familiar scenes from new perspectives, the expressions, THAT ENDING! Marvelous work.
Okay I’ll admit, the first few times I watched I was vibing with the visuals so much that I didn’t even pay attention to the song lyrics. I finally did though, and holy heelys you really did pick the best most relevant visuals to match them with, didn’t you?
Haha yeah I tried to match them with scenes from the episodes (like the scene with Orange and Red fighting), not all of the lyrics fit perfectly ofc but I did my best!

This is so good it looks like it could be a trailer for Animation Vs Minecraft season 3. It's got the perfect song, and if I showed this to someone I'm sure they'd want to watch Alan's animations after it. This is by far the best fan animation I've ever seen!

(back from watching the whole thing like seven more times and the one lyric at 1:58 more than that) I have far too many words and theyre STILL NOT ENOUGH.
I love the beacon art. thats so random but like they look really good. also im so jealous of everyone who can actually draw the semi-humanized stick figures and have them look good ive tried like four times lmao.
Theres such a sense of seriousness to the whole thing that I absolutey LOVE, and every single one of the lyrics perfectly fit to the scene.
"welcome to your life" just- the sense that Purple was kind of caught up in this whole thing, the minute he accepted King there really wasnt any going back, and that this IS his life now, whether he actually realized it or not.
"acting on your best behavior" I can see Green sarcastically saying this if he ever talks to Purple about this moment and he looks so ticked off & betrayed about it
"its my own remorse" during the flashbacks- woohoo, guilt!
1:58 "theres a room where the light wont find you" I cannot BELIEVE how well this fits, I got chills. Green's slightly scared look when the wall blows up, the hug is so cute, but the lyric foreshadows so well with their eventual defeat that it feels tense and a little sad and King's glare is so on point ahhhhhhh
"while the world comes tumbling down" as Second watches everything literally get sucked into the Nether portal and vanish
"I'll be right behind you" with the chase
"so glad we've almost made it/ so sad we had to fade it" just YES that gets the scene so well with the almost-victory
I also really like the perspective with them in their cells for some reason, idk why it just works
ive been considering trying an AvA or AvM animatic like this where its all self drawn and im so glad you did this because it looks really good :DDD

despite the Orange King being the main antagonist of animation vs minecraft, he has a sad story, they should create a video showing the sad origin of the Orange King, after losing his son, he became corrupted and turned into the villain of the story, I cried for inside when I found out about your story!😭😭😭😭😭😭
