De las mejores de tantas sonatas para violín del catálogo mozartiano, llevo escuchándola desde niño y no me canso ni después de quizá 300 audiciones después de décadas, eso prueba que es una joya que se caracteriza por su implacable orden,perfección de frases,de acabados,simetría,pureza,luz,oscuridad, dramatismo o sea que lo tiene todo y más

Wonderfully played. The only thing that bothers me is that the title only says the name of the violinist, even though piano and violin are equal. Each instrument dominates in some parts. So when the piano clearly has the melody and the violin does not, the camera still focuses on the violin?? For example 6:16 ... besides that, it's a wonderful interpretation of the piece!!

@@jesusmanriquezsantana1590 llevo 35 años escuchando las sus numerosas sonatas para violin y la K304 y es melancólica dramática como muy pocas me parece mucho más interesante el Mozart lúgubre triste sentimental "agitado" encolerizado que el clásico juguetón infantil para el que la Música era un juguete que dominaba como quería en ese sentido de Música oscura y personal es evidente que Beethoven es mucho más desarrollado y pasional la gran pregunta es si Mozart de haber vivido 30 años más hubiera evolucionado su inimitable arte por esas sendas beethovenianas por decirlo así aunque sus últimas obras no sólo el espeluznante Requiem K626 lo reflejan descaradamente así como sus últimas sonatas, sinfonías Óperas la Flauta Mágica su concierto para piano num 24 en Do m con su agitado 3er mov muy recomendable sí dramático agitado personal oscuro pero dentro siempre de los canones clásicos

You know the violin parts in these sonatas is the accompaniment and the Piano/harpsichord parts are the principal. 18th century keyboard sonatas often times also incorporated obbligato parts for violin and cello or a transverse flute in place of the violin accompaniment. It is quite incorrect even in our time to call these pieces violin sonatas. It was never Mozart’s intention to switch the parts around. At best these are full fledged Duos for both Piano and violin. Have a look at the original title pages as written by Mozart himself in french.sonatas for pianoforte with the accompaniment of a violin or Obbligato violin. Further evidence is heard in the writing for both instruments where the piano obviously dominates in the passage work and has the cadential trills. Modern violinist have hijacked these pieces but they more properly belong in the chamber music repertoire or even in a piano recital. The vast majority of these compositions where intended for Mozarts most advanced piano pupils. The violin parts often times played by a servant or Mozart himself. Strange as it may seem to modern musicians and audiences alike these compositions were intended as display pieces for the Piano and not the other way round.
Graham, you are right. In Mozart´s case and Beethoven´s it is true. Their roots of violin/cello sonatas are not in the ground of the solo sonata with basso continuo accompaniment. We can again see Bach as the pioneer to invent these type of sonatas (BWV 1014-1019, 1027-1029). But we must be careful from claiming this type to be the predominating one in late 18th century. Boccherini´s cello sonatas e.g. are cello solos with the accompaniment of a piano, sometimes the bass line of the accompaniment is played only by a double bass/2nd cello.
