There is something with Bishara’s song and voice that I really like
My favourite is by far Mohombi in this contest. The Lovers of Valdaro and Oscar Enestad are my guilty pleasures though 😍 not a very strong year...
Yeah this was a weak year, and Too late for love was alright, but I became re-obsessed with Norrsken these days and right now I can't come to terms with the fact Jon Henrik never got to win despite always sending such good songs :c which also means they'll never send anything folk or joik again because if he couldn't do it who could? Sad
Wiktoria as well, she should already have a win at this point
Anyway, I also really liked Torn but Lisa probably wasn't the right person to handle it, every time I listen to it I imagine Loreen's voice singing it (I remember reading at the time that the demo was indeed sung by her, I've been hoping for a leak of that ever since lol)

those songs are so weak in comparison with Jon Henrik song - i can't understand how he didn't won by a landslide and instead that copycat of Austria 2018 get to travel to Tel Aviv.

Fjallgren had a useless cheap song with the cheesiest lyrics ever
What a weak year ! And the worst thing that Omar Rydberg was eliminated in his semi, it was an unique song deserving to be at Eurovision. Maybe also I do me of Malou Prytz.
I personally admired Jan Malsmjö and Anna Bergendahl's songs but it's not a very contest friendly materials. Torn was written very well but delivered weakly unfortunately.
Omar was so underrated, one of the few songs of the year I really liked! I liked Malou as well
Yeah Anna was never going to win this but honestly I was still happy for her coming back, being Sweden's only Eurovision NQ must not have been an easy ditch to climb out of lol
Torn was great but it needed someone to make it shine, Lisa wasn't the right person for it
