Try using the cuticle bit first then the sanding band to clean up whatever’s left over cuz the cuticle bit be making a mess lol , js a suggestion tho 😁

Can you do nail art with acrylic paint and still put top coat on it?

Yes but I would probably only do that for practicing, I experienced a lot of chipping when I used acrylic pain
