- Among the top 30 movie quotes/lines of all time - Oddball says "Don't hit me with them negative waves so early in the morning" - describing the beautiful bridge, while reviewing the General's aerial photographs...

This movie had a wonderfully talented cast.
First movie I saw, after returning from Europe on a TV, "burning bridges!" This went on more than we'll ever know! Don't hit me with those negative waves, so early in the morning!" Before hippies, there were"hip cats!" and. Jazzy guys, and By the 1940s, the terms hip, hep and hepcat were popular in Harlem jazz slang
Great movie; Donald's anachronistic hippie is hilarious.
"It's a mutha' beautiful bridge, an' it'll be dere..."
A stoner tank commander during ww2. Love it.
checking on you dawg, you okay?
Slate
"Aw Jesus dere Edith..."🤣🤣🤣
That Screenwriter is SO PUNK ROCK! AND IM PUNK ROCK. 👍😊
How old ya?
if you have to say it, you aren't
"Kelly's Heroes", for those curious.
“Ovadamudda bridge, shuuuuuuur!”
How about a sequel to Kelly's Heroes starring Scott Eastwood and Kiefer Sutherland, with Jack Black as Crapgame?
Call it "Kelly's Gold" and it takes place a few weeks after the events of the 1970 film. Kelly and Oddball and their men are being court marshaled by the Army for looting the gold from the bank. An American intelligence officer arrives and offers to save them all from hanging and Leavenworth if they will go on a mission to capture a Nazi train full of stolen gold.
Kelly leads the mission with his previous rank of lieutenant restored, while Oddball gets new Shermans. They are joined on the mission by a French Resistance unit led Marion Cotillard, as a badly needed female character.
I feel like Al Pacino as Frank Slade in Scent of a Woman may have borrowed from Carroll O'Connor's character in this one.🤙
Great days 😮❤
Gotta Gotta get into Nancy. Its true. 🎉
The brief time Carroll o conner was in that movie he played that part and remember Archie did say he was in ww2 the big one 😂
He also said that he got shot in the ass.
Who is General Vogel - the guy in the picture? Is he one of the producers?
Hey.
Did you lose... My Aerial Photographs?
I saw this in 7th grade
I always thought that general was Patton, but apparently it's someone named General Colt. Must be a fictional character because I've never heard of Colt other than the one they named the pistol after, and that was a long time before WW2.
Yep, definitely fictional. Every character in this movie is fictional.
Yes.
