She really was a perfect fit for Chas. Aside from the fact that the plot of Rugrats requires for all the adults to be easily distracted when it comes to supervising their kids, so the babies can go off on adventures, Kira was a pretty good mom. She was kind and honest. She loved children. She knew how to tell great stories. She learned how to earn Chuckie’e trust and affection. She treated Chuckie and Kimmi equally as her children after marrying Chas, even though Chuckie was not her biological son.
The original Rugrats series and all 3 Rugrats movies are still a huge part of my childhood and although I do love all 3 movies, the one movie that is really close to my heart is Rugrats In Paris

The point the President of the company was making was that while she has helped the company make a profit, she fails to understand the purpose of the company. Reptarland brings the family together. He even says there are dozens of possible candidates, many of whom likely have families of their own.
