I accidently found this channel. I do not own any reptiles but I cannot stop watching your videos. I am constantly learning and getting educated about reptiles which is making me more comfortable with the idea of being around any. I love learning about Rex, snakes, turtles and Cheyenne! I LOVE your tub setups. Most rack systems (no hate) are very minimal, but you guys go that extra mile to add enrichment for every animal and I just think that's so wonderful.
January-February 2019 you hit 1 MILLION subscribers and September-October 2023 you crossed the 3 MILLION subscriber mark.
So awesome! I know that so much sacrifice and hard work has gone into developing and growing this channel. It shows. Because of your drive and hard work, you’ve also been able to open a reptile center and rescue.

Thank you for educating me so much in reptiles . I had an adorable Beardie until he died from cancer. I miss him. So I started watching you 2. i can't believe how much work you do for these reptiles and all others. And the 2 of you love it. You are "parents" of the most amazing kind.

Congrats! I enjoyed seeing all your pets and I LOVE that they all have fully set up enclosures (as opposed to bins with paper towel) 😍
Georgia Kaminski I just mean that, a lot of times, when people have lots of snakes/reptiles, you'll see them in rack systems with paper towel floors. The fact that they all have full habitats (substrates, hides, decor) made me genuinely happy. 😊 She's got some well taken care of animals.

I LOVE how they discuss when animals have issues as well, instead of ignoring a slightly over or underweight snakes condition they always explain why the snake is that way, or atleast express that they are aware of the condition and are trying to correct it by taking these steps. It helps to educate that there is no such thing as perfect, and even with excellent care conditional problems still exist, typically because the snake is temperamental lol.
That being said, they really don't have many snakes with condition issues compared to how many they have. And the issues the snakes may have are sooo minor.

This is the first video I've ever seen from you guys, and it got me hooked immediately. You guys also got me into reptiles, and encouraged me to research, and gain knowledge on hundreds of species. And 5 years later I'm watching it again. And the importance of today is that I have my first snake ever! You are honestly my favourite CZcamsrs now I’m addicted to your videos and I love watching the progress of the facility it’s coming along so well and I can’t wait for it to be finished but I unfortunately can’t visit as I live in England and obviously we can’t travel at the moment. You have made me adore our beautiful reptiles and I’m now looking into getting a small snake. Stay happy and safe and give Cheyenne, Rex, Twiggy, Doug, Noodle and everyone else they are so cute and I’m already looking forward to the next amazing video.

I know it's a completely different breed but every time you show Cheyenne, I remember my grandmother's African Gray, Skipper. He was raised in a military family that swore a lot so whenever he felt he wasn't getting attention he'd yell OH SH*T, or other more interesting phrases. Unfortunately he has passed since, but the way Cheyenne bobs about in the background reminds me of him.

This is my first season that I had seen you I'm a big fan of you and I love how you take care of snakes and other animals
I love that this channel helps people from assuming snake lovers are just middle aged guys who live in their mom's basement.
Until I started watching your videos around 6 months or so ago I was terrified of snakes and I thought that all snakes either were poisonous or they would constrict you. But I was wrong very wrong, I now want a pet snake and I am not scared anymore. You educated me about reptiles and I am now in love with them. I love the fact that they have a beautiful snake and she says it's amazing but due to their weak immune systems she won't breed him... not many people will think the same. Some just want to breed it because they want money (like spider ball pythons). Truly an amazing person!!!! Thank you Emily and Ed for showing us that people still care

This channel is why I have a ball python. one day I was listening to an audio book that had snakes in it and I asked my mom if we could get a snake so I looked online to see if snakes were good pets and found this channel and I fell in love with ball pythons so I watched more videos on ball pythons and got one which I now love so so much she is an amazing pet and i just want to say thanks to Ed and Emily

I live on a farm and it’s what started my love of snakes! We get huge black rat snakes and a lot of tiny ring necks, we move them out of our way just so they don’t get harmed while we work but they stay on the property so that when we’re done they can come back in and do their job!

Bart de Vries I think it’s more along the lines of people who are jealous of her popularity and are just bitter that she’s got this amazing informational channel that is so interesting. It’s funny, I’ve seen some really short ones that are completely boring and seem way too long and then there’s these videos that go way too quickly!

Most colubrids are. I have seen corn snakes scale brick walls using the grout in each crack for grip.
