The actress who plays Stormfront is AMAZING, she is Soo good as a villain. And Anthony Starr is ridiculously good too. Like when he's talking to the camera, giving the speech, totally deadpanned, it was Soo good.. These shows BETTER win awards
I would love to see her return in some form. I assume that's possible though I don't follow the comic. She was a force even to rival homelander in power and celebrity.

Aya Cash played Stormfront so well that I'm still slightly annoyed when she talks lmao. What a great actor
same here. Good thing they changed her look otherwise she could end up in the same boat as the kids who played Malfoy and that purple wedding king in Game of Thrones and not get any new work.
She's not one of the near likable villains like magneto from X men, she's lacking some drama, all one gets from her scenes is 'she's an strong an independent extremely racist woman' Edit: Well not all villains have to be understandable or near likable, but is so complex when they are.
@@businessproyects2615 umm, what? she was a hella likeable villain and she had plenty of drama with characters - her situation with Starlight, her relationship with Homelander and the contrast in strengths and way they approach the media. She's manipulative asf yet charismatic, which honestly made all her scenes compelling to me.

Actors play a script, they are told exactly what to do. I don't think they deserve all the credit from a show/film whether they are good or bad.

If homelander at one point would stop being Homelander and start a new life...with short dark hair, normal clothes and maybe some stubble no one would fucking regonize this guy.
Usually villains and bad guys in film the actors are actually the nicest guys in real life.

Storefront did technically kill Rebecca herself. The kid blasted storefront while she had a grip on becca throat, which tore it out. Becca wasn't burnt, her throat was torn open.

He had a big muscle suit that is very uncomfortable and hot. On one of the interview, the actors said there's always a big cooler with ice ready for Homelander. So when ever the shot has been taken he can cool down.
This is a common problem with shows or movies that needs costumes.
i think it actually makes sense for homelander not to be buff. he was the most powerful being on the planet since pretty much the start, how would he actually build any muscle mass? but vought would obviously want to make him seem muscular for marketing and appeal.

The way Stormfronts head moves while she scolds Becca is like in a gimbal, so stable so focused

This is a great cast, Aya took this season to the next level!
What's amazing about the Butcher + Becca story is that it follows the archetype of the myth of Orpheus. We have a character who is driven by the loss of his love, and so he journeys all the way to hell to retrieve her. He cuts a deal with the king of the underworld to get her back. Through his own failure to satisfy the terms and conditions of the deal, he loses her again, just before they can be reunited. Hitchcock's Vertigo is another example of this archetype.
