And the funny thing is, they are apart of one of these generations, so if you know about it, others do, too. You're not that special one out of all of us, lol. I like how the dance starts with kids dancing on Work it just like Alyson did when she appeared alongside Missy, with the girl in the red tracksuit ending it with the same handstand step Alyson ends with on that song, before Alyson finally joins in. Sweet touch!

Muscle memory. 24 hours is a blink for professional dancers. As Alyson said herself -those grooves don't ever leave you. So it was probably all she needed to rehearse. Having said that, it's my favourite Missy song, and Alyson's talent is out of this world. Not just the dancing but her music, and voice and the way she is so knowledgeable (different interview), and a beautiful person to boot.
Love how Missy always got the kids involved! Can't wait for her to come back and roooock the mic.

Nothing hyped me up more than seeing 'that' little girl on Missy's videos. Whenever me and siblings saw her it was time to TURN UP! she was so good!!
