I've been using tea tree oil based toothpaste for two decades straight now and just got my deep cleaning and the hygienist said keep doing what you're doing. I also have very little gum receding.

A few things I am doing for myself in addition to some of the good suggestions below - 1) Daily lemon water. There are pubmed docs that discuss how that assists in breaking down calcifications (from oxalate & other) in the body. 2) Reduced oxalate diet (reduces calcifications in the body created by oxalate). and 3) Sauna / Niacin protocol to remove heavy metals. This protocol is widely used to pull heavy metals from the body by military, drug rehab protocols, emergency heavy metal exposures etc.
How much niacin do you use and for how long?
Cilantro works as a powerful heavy metal detoxifying food. Turmeric, ginger, lemon water, chlorella, activated charcoal from coconut are also very helpful for removing heavy metals. Look into "heavy metal detox

@@Tiy11 I've often thought about that I know we're consuming plastics at a micro level and over time probably builds up in our systems. Who knows what else get added to a bottle of water before we get it
In America at least, all of our food, even “organic”, has high cadmium levels in it. It’s in the soil. There’s no getting around it. Also, most of our food-vegetables and fruit (if you buy it at the store) has been sprayed with who knows what.
So that’s a little hard to avoid unless you grow your own food.
That being said, I have no idea what my pineal gland looks like but I’ve had a knowing and intuitive/psychic abilities since I was tiny and that’s never changed, and I see visually and have things happen every single day, all day, synchronicities.
I eat sugar and yet, I’m ok in that arena.
Things I don’t do or stopped is using toothpaste ~ (use baking soda instead), I no longer drink alcohol, I don’t smoke, I meditate, I’m out in nature almost everyday.
So maybe it balances it out.

My mom had hypoglycemic calcium buildup in her body. She had Alzheimer’s. She was my best friend. I love her so much .She had a very tough life. I was hoping and praying that we would get time to enjoy our older years together, but she died two years ago a horrible way to die with Alzheimer’s.

Harvested from my gardens this week. Radicchio, okra, tomatoes, peppers, onions, cucs, melon, mint, hoja santa, beans, swiss chard, eggplant, winter squash harvested last month but good for months ahead, carrot. More variety than this. Im in south east Texas. Toothpast tubes are terrible for landfills. I use charcoal w baking soda. I recommend bicycling. Great stress reliever and exercise. Bike the paved trails and side streets w friends. Eat fresh foods and get outside. It's not always how long you live but how you live. When the roll is called up yonder, l want to be in that number! Not like that, I recommend reading Dulcan. Its about making incremental changes, but they have to be holistic, you start eliminating certain things from your diet, use your words and thoughts more consciously towards the positive and start praying and meditating. And I think that the most important thing we ALL need to know and understand is that we ALL have our own personal direct line to God no middlemen like popes, priests, pastors and churches etc etc…. all you need is Him and He will listen, He will answer, He will heal your spirit which then will heal your body and protect you. I'm assuming you read the KJV. Well, guess what? It's not "the original," either. It's not even the real King James Version, it's the New King James Version which has been modernized because most people would struggle to read the original, which came out in 1611. Furthermore, the Bible as you know it isn't even something the men who wrote the books of the Bible had anything to do with. A committee of men, at the behest of the Roman Empire, sat down and arbitrarily decided which Jewish and Christian texts would make up the "official" scriptures. If you look on CZcams, you can find ambient type music that is claimed to be an awakening for the pineal gland. I think most of it is b/s. I like the singing bowls..I don't know if it actually helps the pineal gland, but it is very pleasant to listen to. There has to be an actual way to improve, decalcify the pineal gland .
It's about frequency in the music and the sound frequency of the bowls bells etc....
