Definitely improving but he should watch how Abdul jabbar shot his free throws... He always sunk a little bit with this legs but the rhythm came from his feet to his legs to his trunk to the tip of his fingers.
@@KeyofDavid5778 exactly. It's not just free throws. LeBron is much better off the dribble than standalone. That's why he can pull up from every place and can hit fadeaways but struggles with free throws. He has no rhythm and shoots too much with his arms and hands.

For us hoopers that had to give up the sport we love due to injuries or getting older...for this man to compete at this level in his 17th year is no easy feat! I'm looking forward to enjoying seeing him play for as long as he can💜💜💜💜

On a play like those, the right thing to do is be stationed when gaining the footing, because while you shooting after the movement, you're still going the direction you were moving in to get to the spot. So when you're shooting the ball is off course. That is why Phil, recommends the stomp before shooting, to stopnthe movement, not to increase the strength of the shot.
