    nice! it is very useful also for tom mounts; I have an old Gretsch 8x6 tom that has a tama on it, so i made an aluminium plate similar to the one in the video to use the correct Gretsch GS9020 lug

    I'll try again... Tube keeps taking down my comments cause contact information. I sent an email to drumerestore. Nice idea with the adapter plate. I might be able to use that on an old Camco snare.

    I have a zenon trow off. but couldn’t find the snare drum that has it.maybe from the 60’s.

    I'm surprised that people like trick,DUNNETT, and indi.dont offer adapters for there throw offs and but plates. They would sell tons of them.people love there products but don't want to drill more holes in there snares.They could make them out of nylon.

      That would be an expensive production. They would have to make so many variations for so many active and defunct drum companies that the liabilities would be forbidding. Most people just want a throw off or part to work and dont care about alterations, which is sad. A few holes? .... what the heck... do it.
