AirPods Pros were some of the most popular wireless earbuds available on the market for their ease of use, strong ANC, and decent sound quality, but now Apple has released their next generation that's apparently better in almost every way. Does Linus agree with these claims, or is Apple falling behind the competition?

I've listened to music to fall asleep for nearly 33 years. For the last 15 years I've lived next to someone who raises chickens and someone who has dogs. They are neighbors to each other behind my lot. As a result I've started wearing earbuds to sleep through the dogs barking at the chickens at 3 AM and the rooster crowing at 4 - 5 AM. I really appreciate Linus' input on how comfortable earbuds are to wear while sleeping.

Had to sell an apple watch 2 bc it doesn't work with anything else. I didn't like itunes library and preferred things like bandcamp and google music (rip) and ran them through an mp3 player app. (Apple deleted all non-itunes stuff back in iphone 5 times) I like his raging, it makes me laugh but with a twinge of PTSD.

They are the best wireless headphones on the market. They’re great for all genres and uses. The sound signature is spacious and analytical, nothing feels overpowering and for a single dynamic driver they do not disappoint. It’s only been two days of use now and I already forget that I’m wearing them and can get a solid 5+ hours before they need to go in their charging case. These are an improvement over the 1st gen buds. czcams.com/users/postUgkxK5mc3yw4xA7Mf2j6k6n1Uqv_KUgrKdeM Pros: The fit is fantastic. This is the biggest plus. They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

      - Music app: you don't have to pull on the grabber up there. Just swipe down anywhere on the screen (usually on album art) and it will dismiss the modal now playing view.
      - iOS does not need a back button because you can just swipe to go back, it works in every app (or at least, it *should* according to Apple human interface guidelines) and if you just want to exit the app or switch between them you hold the home bar and swipe up.

So far though, my best fit with in ears have been the smallest size tips that came with my Truthear Zero IEMs. I've been on the hunt to find similar eartips for my Moondrop Arias, which have memory foam eartips that are almost perfect but still slowly make their way out. My Truthear Zero with the smallest tips have been the only in ear to ever just lock into my ears and I've been obsessed with trying to find that fitment lol.
It's definitely worth giving budget IEMs with a few styles of eartips a try if you think you're one of those people stuck with the old wired Apple Earpods forever. Nobody should be condemned to dirty buds for life.

Every single app on iOS seems to have their own idea of "going back". It's a complete mess. Some you can swipe back. Others you need to click the top left button. Others you need to slide down something. Others you need to slide up. Others have a back button somewhere else. Others it's a button you have to click like "Ok" or "Cancel" or whatever to close that. This happens between Apple own apps too. And inside the same app. Apple Music is such a great example. You can swipe back on some places, have to click the top left button in other situations and finally the one demonstrated in the video, you have to swipe down. Inside the same damn app you have 3 or 4 different ways to go back depending on where you are, and you have to know which one to use. iOS might very well be the most confusing and inconsistent UI ever in terms of navigation inside the UI.

As someone who has just switched from using android to iphone for the first time in 10 years the whole ios is incredibly unfriendly to navigate when some apps use swiping to go back and others rely on a small back button on the top left hand side of the interface. I totally agree with the rage about the back button not being there. I found it so easy to use. The main issue is there is not uniformity across all apps so the gesture swiping left is not reserved for back, some apps support it and others don't. So you have to figure out which swipe or back button to press just to simply go back. I wish apple would sort this out!

I just switched to an Iphone from my Galaxy Fold 2 and I was so shocked about the back button. On some pages or apps, it's available but on most, it's not. So you just have to play around with swiping if it'll work or not. The most annoying thing is for going back to a page you need to reach all the way to the upper left part of the screen which you sometimes don't hit properly and takes you to the top of the page.
It doesn't feel simple at all! It's a great phone. Works very well but I'm just going back to the ecosystem and realized how freakin expensive everything is. Now I need this Airpods that costs twice as much as the alternatives. Heck, I even got my earbuds pro free when I bought my Fold! Laptop costs twice as much as a Windows alternative for less specs, Ipad costs like another phone, all these subscriptions... I don't know... I guess Andriod was getting stale for me even with the Fold purchase so I went back to Apple but this sounds like a big expense. I'd rather buy a new bike!

Sometimes I wonder if it would really be that hard for the dbrand cases to come with the sticker already applied. Like it has to be them just not wanting to pay people to do it. There's only one correct way to apply the sticker, so it can't be for personalization purposes. The hell am I going to do, purposefully apply it upside down?
Just for reference, I got a phone case from them in the past with the sticker because I thought it would be already applied. Since they are already applied in the LTT videos. It did not come already applied. It's not a big deal, but it is a minor inconvenience. Especially if you suck at applying stickers straight.
