Amendment XIV prohibits unequal protection under law and amendments XV and XIX prohibit voting discrimination on the basis of sex. The amendments are part of the orignal constitution so this idea that the constitution denies equal rights is absurd.

I am a moderate leftist. In my opinion, Amy Coney Barrett would be a good professor to have in law school and that's about as far as I'll go as a compliment. She has never tried a case nor has she ever argued one in front of SCOTUS. Also, I am a little weary of the Originalist concept. I believe it has many flaws especially when it comes to gun control.
