@@beri4138 Calling people a simp is such simp move. The response was in regards to, "it doesn't matter how you look" which is a simp-ish lie. Of course, it matters. Like 90% of ASMR views go to attractive females. Beauty helps for some reason. If I believed she was reading this, I'd tell her to hide the microphone like she does in the images and see how that impacts her view count

@@keiron.4612 I can tell you that watching video after video of a cute girl providing comfort to you.. when she doesn’t know you and is looking at a camera, is just providing temporary dopamine without your brain earning it.. which in turn lowers baseline dopamine. Not quite to the same extent as porn.. but this beta-male habit of watching a ton of these essentially fake comforts, doesn’t do much in terms of healing the core issues that would lead to not needing to come to videos in the first place.. and instead falling asleep, or being self-reliant, or engaging with real life people that provide positive relationships.
Walk outside. Involve yourself in something creative. Learn about nutrition and improve one meal per week. Watch some beginner fitness videos and then apply them by working out and earning results you can feel good about. Engage with humans in social settings. Meditate. Talk with a therapist. Explore medication in extreme situations, especially if natural healthy lifestyle and steady sleep has already been achieved. Talk with trusted friends. Do what you’re afraid to do. Action. Depression doesn’t just go away watching cute girls and experiencing an illusion that they’re talking to you to comfort you. Find real people and avenues that inspire change- not pacify with comfort.

No these videos aren’t the devil here and there. But it’s easy to become pacified and get into a passive habit of seeking comfort instead of creating change.

I love this video the most, I watch it every day while working on the computer. This is by far the best because the loudness of the different sounds and triggers are the same. I don't have to adjust the volume while watching it. If you or an object moves closer to the mike it will be disturbingly loud/louder than the other sounds. I just thought I'd let you know this as constructive criticism. I love your videos by the way. :)
