- 1 lb green beans
2 TBSP salted butter
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Salt
Red chili flakes
Minced garlic
1. Cut the ends off green beans.
2. Melt your butter
3. Once butter is 1/2 melted, add salt, garlic powder & red pepper flakes. Cook until butter is all the way butter & bubbly
4. Then add green beans and cook until they become a bright green.
5. Then add grated garlic, cook for 1 minute and then turn off heat
6. Bonappetitties😃

Awww, such a cute baby. My younger sister has a similar helmet due to needing skull surgery right after she was born. I was only three and the doctors were concerned I’d be too rough with her.
Mom and dad brought her home and I freaked out, because I knew something was wrong. Mom sat down with me and explained what the helmet was for and asked if I could be a good big sister if the helmet came off and be gentle.
Never put the helmet back on. I was too scared of breaking my bebe sister to be rough. 😂 I feel all nostalgic now.

My favorite greenbean recipe was from a small out of the way Chinese buffet.
At first the woman who owned it didn't want to say what the seasoning was as lots of people do not like seaweed at all so she said it was a salted cabbage lol
After they had been in business for a few years and she knew I loved seaweed she told me the added bits were shio kombu chopped fine and added to the garlic and soy on her greenbeans. Loved those chewy bits and I buy them when I can.
One day I'll get my chili tastebuds back but for now. No hot stuff. I crave it too but the pain in my mouth from it floors me lol.

If I’m not mistaken, I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure it is to reshape his head. My step aunts daughter had to wear one and that’s why she did, her head was a cone and it wasn’t safe for her brain!
