I'm curious if there's a way to determine exactly where you need to be for your level to gain the most experience without suffering penalties.
Veiled this camera lighting is quite bright, just a tad too bright,💡I am sure you can tweak it.
Nice point, I do agree with one of your points you mentioned in your Collab video with DM that you should just go with crap/shitty 5* gems for resonance as it is easy and not care about the effects too much.
I liked that advice as getting BSJ maxed would be an uphill task for a low spender like me.

Thank you for these videos. I have been trying to tell people to max 2 stars since launch as well as explaining that reso is NOT king. Your last 2 videos are being linked to a lot by me - great resources and a fresh perspective.

Agreed! The only thing you miss out on is the magic find, and of course if you want the 3k resonance wings, haha.
Yeah, if I knew what I knew now I would not have focused on my 5-star gems, I would just max my 1 and 2 star gems. BSJ is still a must though imho, for that 10% movespeed. Awakening the 1-star rank 10 gems is also the best way to spend money if you are quasi-F2P or just buy battle passes.
The video quality is great ~ it's almost another hobby, making video look the way you want them too. But yeah, all around much sharper and better lit. Thank you for another great video and breaking down the numbers for low spend and free players. The game has reached a tipping point I guess, where a f2p can focus on upgrading 2star gems more seriously ~ I know I have! But then what. Still wish awakening was grindable since swapping out my one awakened slot would be such a pain in the brain if it became a must-do.
Love to hear it! And it absolutely is! Fun ideas for content and always improving the setup, haha.
My issue is awakening gems. Cant be done without real life cash right.

I reached this conclusion last month so i trashed my 3/5 phoenix ashe and zwenson and frozen heart.now im using bsj, seeping bile, fervent fang, bloody reach, everlasting torment, berserker eye.much much much more damage and im happy i did it.im a wizard btw
"If you are free to play it's gonna be easier to upgrade" I'm 100% sure you have no idea how hard it is to upgrade 2 star gems as f2p

Thanks for your videos, and effort u put in making all those charts. I'm playing a f2p wizard. I got Everlasting Torment and Berserker eye at rank 10. Ferfent Fang on rank 5, P&C rank 6, Bloody Reach rank 5 and a BSJ rank 2. (890 reso total)
It is actually really hard to rank up 2star gems, as u need many dupes. (Leaving FF oit of the question because thats just a pain in the A to acquire.)
I was lucky enough to hit a 5/5 unbound gem which i hope to sell for around 400k, and with that i would like to make my BSJ rank 3 + Seeping Bile rank 3.
I like to hear your opinion on this: which gem would u replace for the Seeping Bile? Considering i like OW and Dungeons more than Pvp.

If we are being real by the time you can get the 5* gem you want/need, you will have the 1* at around lvl5 and 2* rank3-4. Then its way better to save up for the 5* rank 2, no matter the stars the added res is the same. I have BSJ, Seeping bile and Bottled Hope which i consider the only real value 5* gems for BP only Barb. If you get a copy its better to save for the rank 3. If you have rank 2-3 5* gems, i maxed my Bersekers eye and Everlasting torment and dropped some money to awaken, cuz you get massive value. Atm rank 10 Berserker; r10 Everlasting; r5 Fervert fang(which i lvl slowly with the copies maybe ill give it some gem powder if i dont get a 5* copy soon); BSJ2/5 r3; BH 3/5 r3 and SB3/5 r2(iam saving plat for the copy). You get 1k+ change res and you done for the next year :D as low spender and ftp.
I currently have 5x three star rank 4 gems and 1x rank 10 one star awakened gem. I spent a good bit in the beginning but don't plan to spend more besides the battle pass. Should I keep investing into these long term?
I run wizard with ice beam, disintegrate/fire, ice crystal and teleport. I like this build even if it isn’t ideal. I caught a 4/5 frozen heart. My current gems are bloody reach , bezerker eye, trick shot, chained death, fang, and pain of subjugation (which idk even works with this build). All at level 5 or above. 675 reso 😬, 6157 combat power, para 387. I can equip the frozen heart and upgrade it once or maybe twice but probably once. The 2/5 frozen hearts in the market now are offered for almost 40k plat. What do I do? Ps keep up the informative vids!
When it comes for upgrading 5* gems, its not benefitial to buy copies as a f2p. In 7 month of playing i have 2 4/5 gems(zwenson and chip), bile, bottle, echo. Waiting for the dupes. Using 4 2* at r5 and 2 4/5 gems at r3 (chip dupe droped naturally, zwenson got from the market for 21k plat). If you dont care about pvp you should forget about upgrading 5* gems at all, cause even at r5 they are not better than 1* at r10 which costs half of what you need to spend on 5*.
@@FAST81000 is subjugation even good for wizard? I have 2/5 frozen heat, 2/5 new fire bomb one (hellfire frag. Had to look it up lol) 2star volatility shard. What is best for wizard? I don’t have chip or bsj yet.
@@gifafi1969 ApollyonGaming good wiz channel. Pain of subjugation works on wiz the most out of all classes, cause chill effect counts as loss of controll. Frozen and hellfire fragment are bad gems even on high levels.
What are the damage amping gems? There's not enough to fit 6?
