As the Soviet Union faces defeat at the hands of the Allied Nations, Soviet General Nikolai Krukov and Colonel Anatoly Cherdenko use a time machine beneath the Kremlin to travel back to Brussels in the year 1927 at the Solvay International Physics Conference and eliminate Albert Einstein, thus changing the future.[15] Returning to the present, they discover that Cherdenko is the Premier of the Soviet Union, much to General Krukov's chagrin; the Soviets are on the brink of conquering Europe, when the Empire of the Rising Sun, in Japan, declares war on both the Soviet Union and the Allies with a desire for complete world domination, something they perceive as their divine destiny. Due to the elimination of Einstein, nuclear weapons have not been invented and the Soviet Union is unable to stop the invasion. This begins a new Third World War, which is now a three-way war between the Soviet Union, the Allies and the Empire.
In the Allied campaign, the player takes on the role of an Allied commander, who must first repel a Soviet invasion of Great Britain. Later, the Allies launch operations on the European continent, retaking Cannes and saving Allied leaders there, followed by destroying the Soviet HQ in Heidelberg, Germany. The campaign, however, leaves both sides vulnerable to the Empire of the Rising Sun, who make their move by sending a floating fortress to blockade the Allies and the Soviets from entering the North Atlantic.
For this game, we added just a little bit of gameplay, since it's not cinematic in nature. But just enough to show the main objectives of missions being done. Red Alert 2 is one of my favorite games of all time, but this was my first time playing Red Alert 3. Being so used to the build orders and base expansion techniques, it was a little weird diving into this game. But lots of fun nonetheless. We hope you guys enjoy the game movie. Empire of the Rising Sun campaign will also be up this week!

@@glp Well, weird as far as the Yuriko Omega mini-campaign is concerned but the Soviets, Allied and Japanese campaigns felt like their events are connected.
At the end of the Soviets mini campaign, the Soviets comes back to power and start a new invasion of Japanese territories seen in the Japanese mini campaign and the Allies mini campaign has the shocking revelation that Prince Tatsu betrayed his own generals and manipulated the Allies into securing his rule.

This is the most star studded cast IRL in a game ever. Very well done. Cheesey, but perfect.
The cast is this is pretty amazing. Gemma Atkinson, Malcom McDowell, Gina Carano, Tim Curry (seen immediately), and so many other names you recognize. Pretty amazing for a game.
Especially for a game that expects the performance to be pure cheese.
Not to mention the editor-in-chief of the Daily Bugle/abusive music teacher come nightfall (JK SImmons) as the President of the United States, supported by the High Sparrow (Jonathan Pryce) as his second-in-command. Yanked into this peculiar timeline by John Abruzzi (Peter Stormare) post-prison break, threatened by the Empire of the Rising Sun with Hikaru Sulu (George Takei) at its helm after stints in the USS Enterprise, with Mulan's sergeant (Ron Yuan) by his side.
Is Ric Flair not in this? How the fuck you not going to include the nature boy 😂
Maybe you've seen the cutscenes for Red Alert and Red Alert 2 - they can't boast that many guest stars, but idea and acting are still great.

@@aliabdallah102 In the dlc the commander`s relationship with eva was pretty vague, it seemed like something happened after the War of Three Powers ended or maybe the commander chose tanya instead nevertheless she was acting cold, stern and professional with the commander when the commander was participating in the Rising sun occupation so either their relationship broke or the relationship never happened at all

I remember playing this game fondly. I know people resent EA, but in all honesty, this game was pretty good.
The resentment is for the current EA and not for the former EA. Which is understandable.
@@doorkum Nah, I recall when this game came out, some people were all prissy about it being not as serious as the previous games, particularly about the Imperial faction having robots and mecha. Heck, they were especially mad it was "EA proudly presents", rather than "Westwood"

So basically, this whole time travel thing was a fiasco from the start. You spend all this time travelling back in time to stop the Second World War, you make it worse by opening the door to an even more aggressive Soviet empire that threatens everyone, including Germany. Then the Soviets invent their own Time Machine, and then decided to go back in time to kill Albert Einstein before he could create the tools needed to build the atomic bomb and lay the groundwork needed for the Cold War to be a thing. However, the Soviets discover that this time travel just opened the door to the Japanese Empire to suddenly step into the middle of the Cold War as a dark horse contender, and eventual victor. So the whole idea of Einstein time travelling to stop the Second World War from ever happening, just Got him killed and Japan winning the war. Gee, Albert Einstein. You should have just left well enough alone.
His meddling with time actually cost him his life.
