No, the site does not work! It is rudimentary. I was so pleased to hear from Jeff Hurst that the Dashboard is going to be improved, the landlord resources are going to be easier to locate, and (Ta DA!) hopefully improve how FF works on a mobile device. Jeff is definitely going the right direction!
Well said. For how long FF has been in business, and as a tech guy, I was really surprised at how basic (rudimentary as you said) the site and features are. If he brings that experience and technology from Expedia it will be a big win for FF. They would crush their competition with upgrades.

I am a Furnished Finder landlord, and was a traveling professional as well, the majority of Landlord’s who responded (~5%) said that their place was booked even though their calendar said it was available. Excited to see what the FF team does around this as well as responsiveness on the site between Landlords/Tenant Inquiries. Great job all!

Furnished Finder works perfect for me and my little rental right now. I joined about a year ago and haven't looked back after looking for something like this for years, and after trying to fit my way into the VRBO or Airbnb platforms. It lets me do things the way that works best for me and I feel valued and respected as a landlord where I didn't feel that from the other sites.

Yes sir, glad you see value in the subscription model. If I’m following you correctly on the magic link, I may have good news for you… you can change your setting to login with email & password rather than the magic link. Go to your dashboard, choose Account, Settings then change your preference. Hope that helps! I will pass along your feedback as well.

We ended up buying a second home on Grand Island NY out of necessity due to NO short term rentals on the Island. Grand Island is where my husband grew up, and we wanted to escape the oppressive Summers here on the West Coast of FL. So the only option was for us to buy and bring in money by short term renters. I heard about Furnished Finders, and this is working out for us to be able to afford a second home! I loved setting up this home as our own for ourselves and for our tenants. So far our tenants have not been traveling healthcare workers( I was in health care myself for 40 years) The tenants have been relocators and current tenants are a family that were staying in a hotel after a house fire rendering homeless. I'm looking forward to returning to our 2nd home in 1 month. 😊

I really enjoy using Furnished Finder as it is now. I've had success with room rentals and ensure my calendar is up to date with easy to follow instructions on the booking process. I do however find that in the Baltimore area, there are some listings that copy and paste the language of highly rated lsitings and then copy photos from multiple listings to create one fraudulent listing. What are some ways to cut down on fake lsitings?

I’m a little nervous about expanding the clientele that could sign up. I’m not prejudiced, but I have it set up as a high end rental in my little town serving, so far, short term hospital workers. I’m just on my second tenant and it is working out well. I would be devastated to have an oil well worker rent, we have a lot around here, and then have the issue of gettin oil out of cream colored carpets, towels, et .
