This is a great video. It must have hurt to complete Kenos and for that to turn into a meme, which people put more of a focus on than the completion of the actual level.
People think that we're invincible as internet personalities because they consider it a "dream job" and so want to bring us down a peg. It's like they're on a mission to do anything possible to bring us down into their negativity. It's sick really.
It's taken a long time for me to stabilize how I go about content on CZcams. I would often get really depressed and angry with the negative comments on my videos when I started in the community, which turned into happiness once I found success, which then turned into anger once again when my initial fame wore off and people would attack me for being stale. Now that I've done it for so long, I no longer get emotional waves and have stabilized, but it's taken me 5 or so years to get to this point. I don't even know if I'm in a better place being numb to it, because that also made me numb to some of the positive things in the community too. It's this weird balance I've found, and I don't even know if I like it or not.

The "funny" thing is that there will be people who will do a hard 180-degree turn and support those affected, acting like they weren't one of those people who spams death threats and other nasty B.S. towards the people involved. They will wash their hands of the filth they were, just to appear to be a supporter from the very beginning, and that's one of the things that is a bit upsetting.

It really sucks that the internet is the way that it is and there’s people that just want to hurt others who’ve done nothing wrong. I’ve watched you for a while, I’ve seen you grow as a content creator. I know that you just want to entertain people and make people happy, and the fact that people are attacking you for no reason is just really sad.
I could never imagine what it’s like to be in your situation, but being a meme must really hurt when so many people only know you because of your emotional reaction, rather than what you spent 8 months on.
Some people just want to spend their whole lives spreading nothing but negativity. It’s not worth it listening to them, they’ve got nothing good to say, whatever they’ve got to say has no meaning whatsoever, you gotta try to forget that those people exist.

The thing that bothers me the most about meme culture is that people choose to make fun of an individual, and then they feel insulted and personally attacked once that individual doesn't "embrace the meme" Like they're owed something from someone who's been made fun of for who they are on the internet.
Don't get me wrong, I believe that if you put yourself out there, specially on something so public as the internet, you have to at least expect to receive criticism for what you do. But to be shined with a spotlight in front of millions, and a spotlight of ridicule at that? And then be expected to "go with it"? It's absolutely unfair. Npesta is so understanding of people and how people work, and so good at being un bias, even with all the crap around him. He can really help others on any side, simply becuase they're hurting. It doesn't matter if they have different interests or veiws, like he said, everyone is a real person, with a certain tolerance, sensitivity, and years of memories and joy of life that can really taken away by the plague of envy and misfortune. I think you taught a lot of people good things today npesta, wether for me, you, them. You're one of the most genuine people I've seen on the internet, never having any controversal agenda, just a guy with an interest who really understands how to help people, and wants people to feel entertained by his content. I really like npesta and his content, but just because of this, doesn’t mean I can’t laugh at a joke, a joke and cyber bullying is different, obviously unless that joke is to bully, but most kids don’t even know this, and know it’s just a joke, of course the people who started this were possibly bullying him, but sometimes people do something else, and you take it as bullying, I feel bad for him, but the people meme’ing this are just normal people, with normal lives, trynna make something funny

Same. I feel like if it wasn't for the meme, npesta wouldnt have grown as quickly as he did (not to say that he wouldn't have gotten to this point at all, it just would have taken more time). People who grow up on the internet are always more toxic, specifically younger kids. The internet is both a blessing and curse, and I 100% agree that people need to realize they are talking to real humans on the internet. It pains me to see awesome content creators like npesta get mentally worn by people who think making fun of people is "funny".

This goes to show how important the verification of Kenos was. The level didn't just awe the community, but it helped Npesta believe in himself. It's sad that this turned out the way that he never wanted it to turn out and I don't think a lot of people realize what he's talking about is this serious, and that everyone is a real person. It's definitely painful... the Lime situation also made my heart sink - people can really suck and they shouldn't put the blame on someone else.
This man speaks truth. I have my own somewhat relatable story. My brother has autism and he made a video on tiktok few months ago that blew up. It wasn't one of those videos that "blew up" on your favorite memers' sub feed, but it was on places like instagram, facebook, and snapchat. Once he started noticing the large amounts of views and comments on there, he immediately came to me and asked "do you know that I have a tiktok?" Like every ignorant little brother (that's sarcastic btw), I replied saying "no, why would I bother?" And he kept going with the story, like all the other stories he tell me from the past. Days past and he's making an obsession over it. To my curiosity, I looked up his name on tiktok, found out about his videos and the video he was talking about was there. Thousands of likes. Few days past and I'm seeing this video on social media- even on this one groupchat full of kids who go to my highschool. They're talking about it. And so after just realizing this, I asked for his honest opinion on all this and he simply told me that he doesn't want it to continue. And so what he did is he simply stopped tiktoking. We were glad it didn't officially become a meme. I can see why people find it funny though, one thing I can give out is that it was a video anyone can find funny if they use it without context.
This just goes to show that people out there really do exist and it doesn't take a genius to understand or react to any of this. You just gotta trust in what you want out of it. My brother's been diagnosed with autism at a very young age, perhaps when he was just a toddler so from that you can tell that he's got a severe form of it. But I'm proud of what he did. He's fine now and i wouldn't like it for him to think of this on a daily basis.

We all know what the internet meme cycle is like. The npesta meme reaction will die eventually. But Kenos will probably still be on the demon list for years and years. Eventually, there will be no one left to remember the meme. But the accomplishment - the supreme, verification-attempt-record-holding effort - will still stand.

Pewdiepie called your reaction "degenerate behavior". And made me want to grab him through my phone screen and punch him across the face. He even said "uh hes speedrunning this game, what is this game called impossible game? Square game?". I know how it feels to finally beat a level that you put blood sweat and tears into. (he also isnt the type to send his fans after someone ever so we know that he had no bad intentions) Its safe to say that he has nothing against npesta.
