I just want to point out that John's "weak" left arm still managed to win Zloty Tur at 95kg twice. I mean that's one helluva party arm 😄

Yeah..and the only reason it remained relatively weak was that he didn't even care about the left for a very long time ...hardly any tournaments had that category

Dude, John and Devon are two of the best armwrestling professors you could ask for. Brzenk for a lifetime of armwrestling experience you can learn from and Larratt for the plethora of angles you can exploit in various situations that you can explore.
It's just really inspiring to see how far Larry has come
Larry is one of the best athletes in the world. To become world class in multiple different realms of strength...the man is truly a marvel, and seeing his progression in arm wrestling has been an absolute pleasure.
He’s not world class in arm wrestling. He’s actually quite slow to pick up techniques.

Larry has really become a true staple in the fitness industry. Not only is he super strong but he’s also really quite humble. I’m glad he’s finally putting his health first after all these years. Especially in light of all the deaths that keep occurring in the fitness industry. It would really be a shame if Larry were to pass away. There would truly be a huge void in the fitness industry. Here’s to many more years of Larry wheels!

That was impressive Larry. I think I'm just more impressed how you can set your mind to do something and then you dedicate yourself to whatever that is whether it's lifting or arm wrestling, CZcams. I watch channels like yours purposefully to motivate myself to do that with the things I want to do but I have just been unable to do it the last couple years. Not going to give a sob story but things that have happened have just kind of stopped me or shut me down. And I am motivated by your videos but still just can't do what I want or need to do. It's frustrating. Maybe I'll find it one day. But your improvement in arm wrestling is super impressive. Good luck on the 15th.

Brzenk coughing after every bout tells you how crazy great he is to go against the young east Europeans at this age...young brzenk never gassed, he could hold in a losing position for an eternity and then bam!

Absolutely love Larry's attitude!! He is such a winner. No doubt that with his work ethic he will be a very successful arm wrestler !
I want to see John go all out in a right handed practice pull with you, just so people could see the difference in levels. So they knew just how good he really is. But that's not John's way. John pulling in practice is literally just a workout for John, as that is his way of training for armwrestling. He doesn't gain anything from flashing someone. So many people just can't separate training armwrestling on the table and competitive armwrestling. But I don't want to take anything away from Larry, cause Larry has improved a lot and he is a very legitimate armwrestler now. I just wish new fans could see how good John is.

New fans can see how good (understatement, legendary is more accurate) John is. There are a plethora of highlight reels and written works for that all over the internet that a simple Google search can produce to show them that. But it's really pointless here because Larry has a right-handed super match and TBH guys like John and Larry are so in tune with their own abilities and success it's like breathing air to them. It's really only the fans that care about stuff like that.

Это всё облачно ребята, то что лари тогда проигрывал Денису а тут с лёгкостью борет Джона, Ларри мог набрать а Джон мог быть на перекуре или хитрит, тож ещё те химики. Дай бог чтоб денис выиграл, я лично не уверен в его грошей форме, то что выздорвел это отлично. Но лететь пулей к успеху не надо можно было и летом устроить матч

Love the arm wrestling. I’ve always arm wrestled for fun growing up, but watching your videos exposed me to the wider world of arm wrestling. I just ordered my first table, and trying to find some guys to pull with. Lol coincidentally I live in Phoenix where this video is.
Larry I just wanted to let you know that you really popularized the sport of armwrestling. A lot of the gym guys at school have started to learn armwrestling all because of your great content.

Ur getting way better at connecting ur bicep and forearm. The big guys always get their wrist or forearm cracked and strength useless but if u can make it 1 locked muscle, ur strength be winning

John brzenk is the only person who was able to defeat Denis cyplenkov multiple times without any problem. he is a legend
2 times to be pricise and Denis was a complete newbie back then. Context is important. That's why Denis is considered GOAT too, because he's the only one to not have a negative record (it'll soon be positive actually) against Brzenk after multiple matches.
@@nvmffs wasn’t a complete newbie. He was top 3 of the east back when John beat him twice. Does that make everyone in the east newbies? I think you meant he got a lot better in the hand and wrist.
@@nvmffs Dennis actually has a negative record against John. He beat john only once in a tournament, John beat him once in a supermatch and once in a tournament. So even when Dennis win the next match, they are 2:2.

John Brzenk was at least 3 times world champion with that left arm(1 waf 2 zloty) . He didnt even mention but he beat Travis Bagent, Devon Larratt, Ion Oncescu, Ivan Matyushenko and Genadi Kvikvinia left handed.
