I think "Orca" is much loved than we already know !
I simply want it !!
I wanted to build a full size ORCA in my boathouse, moor it full time by the house and use it for hire, stag do's and the like. $150 a head and we go out in the Orca, drink beer, fish, tag marine life from the pullpit- for research. That way we all win. A good day out on the orca. Then I realized I live in Scotland, mooring is $40,000 a year, the sea is too rough, the sun does not shine, and I have no boathouse, just a backdoor step to dream on. [sigh...]
That ending hit me pretty hard. R.I.P Orca II
Love it.
A super icinic boat its a pity it diesnt remain. I would have to have it 🎅
The fact Quint died with the orca is sad :(
Nice video great job :) and I would like to get the plans to.
Amity Island has recently added a new boat service!
Just call (774) 555-2368, and you can actually have your BOAT SHIPPED right to your place of residence!
Please note: We are not responsible for any damage done the boat's mast or other features during shipping as well as any insurance for sinking or being attacked by a shark, although the latter should be extremely rare. At least, we hope.
one day i will create an ocra
I am selling a set of 2012 full (exterior) detail ORCA plans.....if any one out there is looking to build this beauty...
What a masterpiece video...it seems like the pics online of the Warnock seems like someone made a pleasure boat cabin as lobster boats arnt like that?? Did the orca actually have 3 lives?? And was the Warlock really from the 50s??
i said to my mate Joe because were English and hoping to move to america in the next 2-3years when i finish university (were both be 25) when im finished working as a model maker and he's retired from underwater photography were going to create a real orca full scale and retire on that =). kitted out with all recent technologies of course lol e.g. flat screen tv and so on. it might be a pipe dream but god am i going to try and do it =). at the moment however im in the middle of building my model
With all the cast members of the move they built one show they can sink it and the original one if the cast on. It
This one was built for the move to to sink
I think that was the one that sold after the movie but the one that was on the rise was the real orca and Steven got pissed as someone after he was at the park one day and asked where the orca was and the guy had to tell I'm he that the boat was falling apart and had it destroyed and thrown away months age
What was the make of orca? doesn't look like a pacemaker or any boat model I know of. Or is it just a made up custom boat for the movie
The actual fate of the orca was being chopped up into 2x1 inch pieces and sold online. Some were sold with the coffee table jaws book also. You may still be able to buy some
That's what happened to the Orca II, the life size non-functional replica that was designed for the scenes where the ship is sinking, or being damaged in some way. The functional Orca was hauled back to Universal Studios. There are 2 theories of what happened to the ship, which was reportedly in pretty rough condition: #1., it was torn apart with chainsaws because execs were tired of it being there, and #2., it was actually broken when workers attempted it haul it somewhere else.
@@IAmTheBigBoy czcams.com/video/nxgNtdFIeGc/video.html at 4:10 Steven Spielberg tells the story of the orca.
