One should visit their preferred hospital/hospitals and talk to their TPAs (insurance help desk). Ask them about their experiences with different health policies / companies and ask their suggestion. You will be shocked to find out the practical difficulties you might face while making a claim. Ask them specifically about room rent capping, coverage under cashless facilities, time taken for reimbursement, MOU between hospital and Insurance Companies.
