The malfunction light is glowing because you have changed the silencer. This problem is faced by many bs6 users, when you change the silencer malfunction light remains ON.
No who said this? My problem is solved now everything's fine... The problem was oxygen sensor was not working properly !

I faced the same problem...with my Stealth Black...I visited the dealer...they said that it had problem with the o2 sensor as per their system...so i ordered one...they told that it will take..maximum 45 days...for o2 sensor to come .
I was impatient and took to a bit of research and came accross a youtube video... where he had the same problem...he somehow got it resolved by opening the fuel lid...for approx 2 mints...
Tried the same...with mine ...somehow it worked miraculously...
Same I faced I made my issue to go to higher level of management in royal Enfield
