- Leap Castle is said to be one of the most haunted places in Ireland and home to the notoriously haunted Bloody Chapel. It is home to many spirits, including the grotesque and scary Elemental Spirit who people have claimed to encounter for hundreds of years. We reached out to the many ghosts of the haunted castle and spent time in the Bloody Chapel where murders occurred and an Oubliette dungeon filled with human bones exists. This was a fun and very scary night in Ireland's most haunted castle, Leap Castle. This place has many ghost stories but none are scarier than that of the Elemental Spirit said to haunt the place. Oh, we also had some of the craziest paranormal interactions in the Bloody Chapel, where murder and a bone-filled dungeon exist. Enjoy! 😈
Do love a haunted 🏰 lots of history init!!!!
Love the trailer 👌
Amy there are somethings which u should know before interacting with soles or spirit. I can't write much though here.
Looking forward to it as usual, can't wait, thank you Amy and Jarrad. Xxx
HI AMY AND JARED ❤️💜💯💯💞🌟👑🌟👑🌟💜🌟💜👑👑👑💜💜😂🤗
Sean is a character. I would love to sit down with him and listen to every bit of history he has to share about Leap Castle.
That very last bit was hysterical 😂 “Would you let me talk?” *continues talking* “Dear God…” 😆 The frustration is palpable
absolutely brilliant work Amy and Jarred. I cant believe Shaun lives in that castle, as beautiful as it is in its own way i know i couldnt live there. What an amazing location , so much to love about this episode
Thanks so much for this, Deanna! I appreciate this so much. Omg, yes! I would love to live in a place like this, lol. 🖤
@@AmysCrypt I live near Leap Castle ☺ I went to a birthday party there in the banquet Hall I think it was ☺
Having seen it, I'm now disappointed that more didn't happen when I was there. My girlfriend and I stayed five days (which she called a weekend) and not only did we not get any paranormal action, we agreed that we both slept better there at Leap Castle than we ever did at her parents' home in Dublin. We were guests of the Ryans and certainly didn't actively investigate or provoke, but we listened to every little sound and felt for inexplicable chills...
I went to Leap Castle on an event weekend and we never got any activity either. Sean the owner is a lovely host and the stories he was telling us was interesting. It didn’t help we went in the June of 2015 and he had his fire going, which made us too comfortable and tired. We went to Charleville Castle the following night and the activity we got there was amazing 👻👻
Spirits come out on their time not yours. They may come out for some people and not others
@@whispersoftheafterlife1017 you are simply restating his comment but presenting your comment as an explanation.
@@chrissargisson7783 The Ryans are great, and were friends to us above and beyond that time in their haunted house! It's just that Sean downplayed the activity as innocuous or harmless, where his daughter Ciara told us creepy stories of pursuit and ghostly molestation. The place has such a reputation that I wanted a spectral show of some sort and instead we had a cozy time as you did. Oh, well! I'm a writer, and I'm too involved with myself these days. I need to get out and investigate again, what with Halloween approaching...
@@whispersoftheafterlife1017 Yeah, I know! But you travel to an infamous location you've seen on TV over and over and you want some action, I guess. We had a great time, anyway, and I feel privileged to have met Sean's quirky daughter. Amy and Jarrad didn't, it seems, and she was a better tour guide than her father. Stay spooky!
As a first generation Irish Aussie, who's never been to Ireland, I especially love this 😍 But, that body pit story dropped my jaw 😱 Soooo brutal!
Hats off for learning some Gaelic, so much respect 😇
Love your work Amy and Jarrad 🤘💜🤘
Jarrad’s amazing (yet slightly awkward), dash to help you in your moment of need was very admirable ⭐️⭐️ Estes session on point again!!! I’m glad you got to revisit this place, Amy. It looked amazing on film - very ominous and imposing. Cheers for sharing!!! ⭐️⭐️❤️❤️
Awww, he moved so fast haha 🖤
Truly amazing you both took the time to learn Gaelic to speak to the people there easier. Mad respect. I do feel that helps. I have heard that there is no language barrier on the other side, though, thankfully!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE your new style of filming, with Jarrad doing his intro as well! Never had that before.
Omg, you are the only one to notice, hehe. Thank you. We might try mixing it up like this in the future too. We have a lot of older vids pre-filmed though that won't have this type of intro lol. 🖤
The owners dialect is beautiful, I love the British isles and it’s landscapes and languages
It is in Ireland. It is not part of Britain or it's islands.
It's in Ireland. It is not part of Britain or it's islands.
@@grainnehendrick2015 oh sorry, didn’t know that. There are so many names (England, Great Britain, British Isles) that it’s really confusing for me
That scream over the vox sent chills up my spine.
yes! I came to say that, it was horrifying!
Amy, I used to volunteer at a wildlife rehab center feeding baby birds. It was a great experience. I especially love crows now because the baby crows were so sweet. You should try to do something like that sometime. You can gradually get over a phobia. I just hate to see people afraid of birds. They’re cool. Really.
I've always loved birds. Ever since I was little and there was a bird's nest outside my sister's window. Now my mom has bird feeders and I love watching them flock and eat.
Amy's fear makes me giggle but I'm afraid of spiders so I understand her phobia gives her sheer terror.
@@mooseymcflurffycat3018 It’s not that I don’t understand. I used to have a lot of fears, but you can get past them. It’s hard exposing yourself but once you do it gradually, you gain confidence.
OOOh this looks awesome! Cant wait to see what my Celtic brethren will offer tonight! 🇮🇪❤️🏴
Love it, thank you! 🖤
26:05 yoooooo that GT response was so on point and relevant!!!
That must have been an 🦅 eagle’s or hawk’s nest, You were very brave facing your fears Amy.
In 2018 I had played for a band called Shadow Wraith up in northern PA USA, that has a song called The Bloody Chapel, album titled Leap Castle, co produced by Chris Caffery of Trans Siberian Orchestra, and guest vocals by Tim Ripper Owen, fun facts! Album is a very well written concept album based on Leap Castle.
Very interested in watching this, title & topic caught my eye due to that, & I love medieval topics & histories in general, stoked!
Omg that is so cool! 🖤
@@AmysCrypt Thank you! likewise, I'm really enjoying this! Your videos are always well done ♥️
OMG. Poor Amy, your worst nightmare come true … being in a bird’s nest! 😵. Great video!
It was a true nightmare lol 🖤
@@AmysCrypt if you wanna see another video on this place sam and Colby also dropped theirs yesterday
I also really dislike birds (unless deep fried, in delicious orange sauce, or grilled), so you’re not alone.
Guess you are not going to watch the movie The Birds…by Hitchcock.
@@Wellch ha
This was a great place to investigate, I love Sean's voice and can listen to him speak for ages. I like the relevant evps you got like keep going round the nest. You will have to go again. Thank you guys. Have a good week
You've grown so much as an investigator on your channel. I love your giving the history of the place, interviews, sign on and sign off. You are respectful to the possibilities, the sight and others. Good job. Proof of paranormal activity is an individual thing, not a consensus of the collective. I prefer your channel to others I've watched and look forward to each episode.
Thank you for attempting to enter that area where the bird's nest was. I'm sure that took a lot of courage, but it had a horrible ending when you saw the dead mice. I can't deal with injured/dead animals either, so I'm with you on that. Quite a history to this place. Fascinating. Glad you could visit this castle again.
Thank you, this means a lot to me. ❤️
Oh hell yeah. This place is so awesome. I can’t wait for this. See y’all at the premiere. And oh my goodness you’re so close to 200k.
Thanks, Allie! Omg, we are so close, I cannot believe it! 🖤
I've been interested in the paranormal ever since I could remember and this is one of the first places that got my attention more than twenty years ago. Very ominous.
I also wanted to say that it's awesome and really smart of you and Jarrad to ask questions in the native language of each location when you investigate. I imagine that you probably get more responses from the spirits when you speak the language they spoke in life. And I love that you also put a caption up to translate so we know what you are saying. This was an interesting and amazing investigation, I can't wait to see next week's episode!
So fun watching with you guys! Can't wait for next time! Much love from Texas!
Thank you, glad you found it fun! 🖤
I am so glad you and Jarred were able to go on these adventures around the world, because you were able to take us with you, and without that, we would never be able to experience or even know some of these places exist. So thank you!
I hate that I missed the Leap Castle premiere. My dog had surgery and I was very busy tending to him. I have seen other investigations at Leap Castle and they were insane. And you two added to the insane investigations there. Thank you so much Amy and Jarrad for everything you do.
Awww, good on you and thank you for looking after your dog. I hope their surgery went well and they feel better soon. Glad you have been enjoying the investigations! 🖤
Amy you bloody legend facing your fears
I try 🖤
Spirit : Keep going
Amy : NOOOOOO, I’m not going!
Girl, same 😂💙
Lmao, right! 🖤
Amy, when you reached the fireplace and was told to "keep going" you might have missed an opportunity to come face to face with someone or something had you followed that. Sure, it is easy for me to say that sitting thousands of mile away from the scene, but it definitely scared you, which you wanted. Also, there is no doubt that you guys rock as a team and your logical explanations on what could be or not is commendable. Jarrad is cute in possibly, his only way,, and does bring an element of relief during the intense investigation.
Thanks Amy and Jared. Great content, from a great team. Looking forward to the next one.
Cant wait for this one, if i remember correctly I think it's also home to a bad ass banshee and lots of elementals. Lucky to have gone there super jealous!
Omg, banshees are the scariest! 🖤
I heard the Banshee once, about 30yrs ago, in the dead of night when I was walking home. The sound was absolutely terrifying and unlike anything I've ever heard in my 54 years. It made my blood run cold. The next day I heard a friend had hanged himself. I'm a cynical, skeptical old bastard but I know the disembodied wailing I heard that seemed to come from every direction simultaneously was not natural, nor was it man-made.
22:26 thats one of the castles toilets originally if i have learnt anything from my weird interest in castles lol
Amy, So many things made me laugh during this episode. While watching, all I could think about was Black Phillip because both of those words kept coming through. In the movie, Black Phillip is a billy goat that had assumed mortal form of Satan himself, who torments a Puritan Christian family in New England. Then, a while later my huband was talking about the candles when Jarrad was standing near them and you were doing the Estes method. Right after my husband made a comment, you (Amy) said "Carol husband". We both were stunned but not surprised as we have this sort of thing happen to us a lot. Great episode guys! I was worried about you in that huge birds nest.
Regards,
Carol and (her husband) Mike
Thanks for tuning in guys!
Wow yet another awesome video amy and jarrad, i enjoyed every minute thankyou for all your hard work 😘
I always say if you want to be properly scared go to Ireland! Super excited for this one Amy and Jarrad 👻😁
Haha right 🖤
Oh, I’ve been waiting for this one !! I love this place. Thank you, Amy and Jared, your work has been amazing this year!
Glad you enjoy it! We really wanted to go back to this one. 🖤
Thanks Amy & Jarrad for another great paranormal session at this most wonderful castle. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Hi Amy and jarred glad to see you again love the video
Heard of Leap Castle in a couple podcasts. First from Scared to Death, then in Weird Darkness. Insane stuff, indeed!
It has quite a story to tell! 🖤
You are so brave, Amy! That bird nest was scary! Awesome investigation, as always!
I keep watching this episode over and over. This episode is unique because you get to see parts of the castle that you don't in other shows. Also we have a very brave Amy here facing the birds. The séance candles look really cool too. Would love to investigate it myself one day. Stay spooky!! 👻👻👻
Awww how cool, thanks. I hope you get the chance to visit too 🖤
Was listening to the gentleman on your intro regarding the Castle he both ( hopefully am correct) . And lives with his family nearby that Castle. OMG. Welcome to your new adventure with Jared and, God bless 😇 you both. Keep safe always 🙏 please.
I haven’t finished the video yet, but the Estes session with Jarryd kind of sounds like one person talking to you, and a second conversation with someone begging for their life. Some of the responses in Amy’s session sounds like that too.
It was fun to watch. The screaming by Amy was a little disconcerting. It seems like there should be a part two at Leap Castle. Usually you film an overnight when you guys are sleeping and your equipment is set up everywhere. Can’t wait till the next post.
Thanks so much for this, Tim! We didn't get the chance to do all this. We usually try to, but this night we ran behind and still had to film Broll shots etc, so by the time dawn was rolling in we were just wrapping up, lol. 🖤 Next time! 🖤
The amount you both get to travel ( I'm sure it's exhausting) but sets you apart from all the other channels. I'm very choosy as to what I watch, and you both are the top of the top. For real. I hope your able to continue traveling and realize how awesome it is to be able to do what you do. I'm in mental health myself, so my job is stressful, but I live vicariously thru you!
Love and light 🇨🇦
Thank you so much! This definitely made my day. For sure exhausting but amazing in so many other ways - especially that we get to share the adventure with you all 🖤
Love ya’lls dynamic! Great investigations and a super fun hang. Thank you both so much for all the hard work! 👻🩶
Loved this! Keep it up guys ! ❤️
This brought back the memories on so many different levels.Classic Amy scrypt!!! By far my favourite episode of the entire US/UK trip.❤❤👍👍🏰
Awww, for me too! So cool to hear you say this too. Trying to get back to our roots 🖤 Thank you so much 🖤
I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I'm obsessed with castles and love that you went here. What an amazing place. Well done guys xxxx
Just watched Sam and Colbys's investigation of this place today.. stoked to watch your guy's experience within in the castle walls. Cheers and good luck
I just finished watching their video 30 minutes ago. Crazy that they’re doing the same location basically at the same time.
Enjoyed this episode very much!Love the European destinations that are to me the creepiest!!!
Thank you! They are my fav too! 🖤
I literally watched a video on this yesterday, and it’s crazy… two videos in 24 hours?! Wow. So excited for this! The stories here are chilling for sure. The O’Carrolls are a tragic family for sure.
Medieval anything truly never gets old, i can learn and look at things about it all day.
I can not believe that the Ghost Tube said "keep going" to Amy when she was in distress going down those steps! You might have been feeding the spirits with your fear, Amy. Ghost Tube was great at Leap Castle. Liked!
I know! Reflecting on this is even scarier too as there is a door at the bottom there and if you open it, there is just a sheer drop to the floor! 🖤
I really like that setting by the fire when it comes to the interview with the owner.. good choice of setting when it comes to ghost stories
Really emjoyed that Amy and Jared.. Blessings from Scotland all shared have a great rest of your evening 🤗💙
Thank you so much! 🖤
I absolutely love Ireland!! I went when I was a little boy but haven't been back yet. I did hear lots of stories about the castles and lots of ghost stories about Ireland. The stories were pretty scary and creepy. Bless you Amy and Jarrod. Be careful and I'll see you on the next video
I couldn't get enough of this location! That castle is so hauntingly beautiful! You two always give me a good scare and laugh in every investigation! Loved seeing Jarrad's Michael Jackson moves in SLS form! 🤭🤩
So glad you liked Leap Castle, I am obsessed with it too! Omg, his moves! 🖤
Loved this episode. I had to laugh when Jarrad took off thinking that there was a bat.
We should really be thanking you! You and Jared take us on a journey each week to places I didn't even know existed! Can't wait to see where you lead us next - as always be safe!!
Awww! That is the best part of what we do, sharing with you all! 🖤 Thank you!
Great show! So glad ye are enjoying Ireland. Always great for paranormal activity!
Thank you! Love Ireland so much! 🖤
So proud of you Amy!!!!! Great video!!!!! I really love watching you guys! ❤️
What an amazing castle!!! Truly beautiful. The things that happened there, im lost of words. 🤯 Amy and Jared, love watching your videos. We thank you for taking us along to these amazing locations. Great paranormal captures. Please stay well and safe 👍🥰
Welcome to Ireland guys, huge fan. We'll done on the Irish, super impressed.
LOL, when Amy ducked and screamed and Jarrad came running across the room!!! Hilarious. I absolutely adore this team. They seem like they would be so fun to hang out with.
This was an absolutely amazing place.Loved it Can't wait till next.
Fantastic video. very interesting and sad history of the castle. Amy your scream was so loud i jumped. Hope you both continue to have fun on your adventures and stay safe. xx
Awesome session, there were some very compelling sounds for sure! Be safe and well in your travels.
Awesome as always!

This was brilliant to watch! loved it! What amazing history!

Awww, we try thank you 🖤
The most amazing part was not the ghosts but Jarrad
confronting the pooping Elizabeth cat! it's the best thing lol!
What an amazing place, I couldn’t help but laugh during the Estes session with the bird incident, definitely a nightmare situation for you Amy. Great investigation as usual & can’t wait for your next one
Wow, that photo of Jarrad looked so weird and distorted
Glad to see Amy and Jared visiting my country again and great to know your living your dream. A very nice video and an interesting investigation. Looking forward to more! ☘️🇮🇪
Aww, thank you! We love Ireland and hope to come back again one day! 🖤
Wow that place is really creepy. Great video, thanks for all your hard work.❤️
I love this investigation of Leap Castle. It's the best one so far. 💕💕💕
Y'all captured some evidence that made me freak out during it, which gave me the best experience of what it feels like being there with y'all. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤
Great work .. thanks great people!
I LOVE Leap Castle and your investigation of it!

Amy and Jarrad, first of all, fantastic video!! The responses during the Estes method(both times) were amazing! What a great location. Just wanted to k own if the new ghost tube was available yet? Thank you and take care both of you
Hi Kerry, releasing it this weekend!
hello again Amy and Jarrad , yet another cool investigation , that place has crazy history , so cool when the spirit said *keep going* , very interesting Vox and Estes sessions , i really enjoyed this one , really well done and thank you guys , looking forwards to the next one 😊
Omg, I love the history here, so interesting but so dark! 🖤
Thank you. This was great. I love history and any thing ghost related. So this video covered both well.
Glad you enjoyed it! 🖤
So cool. I've seen others investigat there. But you got the most results. Keep up the great job 👍 👏.
Thank you, was so happy with our findings 🖤
Brilliant video as always Amy ❤️ I’m so happy that u returned to leap castle. I live in county offaly only half an hours drive away from the castle. I have been there before it’s a really old atmosphere there. I’m a fan of ur channel and I’m delighted that u and Jarrad decided to return to ghost hunt down the road from where I live. I’m starstruck ❤️🇨🇮🇨🇮 hope ye had a nice holiday in Ireland 😊
Thank you! We had always dreamed of returning for a proper investigation! Omg what a beautiful place to live! 🖤
What an amazing investigation you guys 💖 and the castle is super cool too. Looking forward to new videos like this 💞
I wanna say this first because I absolutely believe you deserve it! I'm so proud of you for going into that spot in the Bloody Chapel Amy I've been watching your channel for awhile so I know your phobia! Great job! Second part of that described that you were acting stupid and there is nothing stupid about phobias you were acting normal for someone with a fear!
Now on to the video! I absolutely love Leap Castle and crazy enough I'm watching another investigation done there after I finish yours! I wanted to point out at 19:52 if you watch in the doorway there are a couple of strange flashes of light! All in all this was another fantastic investigation you two are definitely my favorite investigators! Much love from the states!
I loved watching this soo much! Amazing job you guys!
Very interesting. Loved the dude who lives there. If I remember, I'll have Sam watch too. That was fab! Amazing old castle!! Such history! And you guys were great, as always. xx
