Lots of people have an addiction to junk food. I'm one of them. She doesn't seem to understand you can limit your calorie intake and still have some food you like, just a smaller amount. It's all or nothing for her. Gruel or Pizza Hut.
And she took 4/5 of the portions AND Salah had lefties that he wrapped in the fridge!! (Of course she didn’t- she wolfed down the rest of her pizza and brownie after filming) because she ended up telling on herself later that day, when she took the lefties out of the fridge and said “this is Salahs” and ate it. I would be embarrassed to death.
She may be excited at the possibility of successfully getting a longer visa this time, but certainly not about the trip. As always it’s about what she can get out of it, in Cuba it was sex tourism to rub in DD’s boyfriend’s face, and in Thailand it was the (failed) attempt at a longer visa application.

Early on I cared a lot about Chantal, that's why I started to watch her. However, throughout the years that has ended completely- do I want her to die, no. But I think she needs to understand that while she is continuing down this addictive, distructive path, we all get to turn this off, log off and go on about our lives. It's sad because she had so much potential not only with her channel, but her self- and it's all gone and I do not see her ever becoming healthy or changing her ways.
When I first started watching her she genuinely wanted to get better. She would cry on camera about how scared she is to continue down the path she’s on and how much she wants her life to improve. I felt for her because I had done my fair share of yo-yo dieting and breaking promises to myself. But I grew up and stopped making excuses for myself while she just learned how to believe the lies she tells herself. I don’t feel bad for her anymore.
Despite destroying herself physically and psychologically, Chantal has actually helped me lose weight (20kg and counting) and think about how my childhood has been a catalyst in many decisions I've made. She's probably done more that way than any amount of self help toolkits, CBT etc ever has. So, Chantal when you read this, I actually want to say thank you.

As someone who is very tall and has to pay out of pocket to get extra legroom on planes, I simply cannot get behind people wanting free extra space for something they could physically control. I can't control my height. But most of us can control our weight if we choose to.
It is very frustrating when someone is tall and has to pay for extra room (my husband is also pretty tall, we book at least business class when we fly because it has much more room), but someone that can control the way their bodies are ie weight, think they should get a free seat. Chantal frustrated me the MOST because she really believes someone that paid for their seat, should just have to deal with part of their seat being taken by her fat. The airlines have already told her she needs two seats because her tray can’t come down and she doesn’t fit in one seat. They even made her buy an extra seat multiple times yet, she still believes she can get away with not doing it.
In Canada someone can get an extra seat on domestic flights for free with a doctor's note saying they need it, whether it's due to obesity or disability or other condition (some may need the extra seat for an attendant). It's really not intended for pleasure trips though. I think if you have money for an international holiday, you should pay for business class or buy an extra seat.
I agree whole-heartedly. The only time when I'd be okay with a free seat being granted is if the flight is taken to get the fat person to a medical facility they need and don't have access to locally. (Think of people being shipped to Dr Now...) The entitlement is just disgusting. It'll just make plane tickets more expensive for everybody, because the airlines don't have big profit margins to begin with.

Their profits are massive but the consumer will always suffer the financial consequences of people like Chantal wanting free seats because those companies will never sacrifice those profits.

It really is. The Kuwaiti immigration authority sees her history every time she enters the country. She enters the country through airports, not sneaking in through a remote desert road. If she gets in like that, she is there legally. Personally, I don't think the Kuwaiti authorities give a single wet fart about her. She isn't leeching off any services she isn't supposed to, and she doesn't work illegally.

I found a news article about Emirates that they have a policy where you can buy an empty seat if it’s available for starting around 200 AED (around $73 CAD.) That’s probably what she’s talking about. You can’t book it in advance and it’s only an option of empty seats are available.

Something about this meal was good enough to send her brain into a fog. The weird things she says during the last third of the video are mind blowing to me like the "normal food" and her wishing Julia was human so she can share the food with her. She's out of it. She could give the eggs to a neighbor. Why does she buy the 30 egg trays? We eat eggs and I bake but we still don't but them. Two dozen in boxes we can stack up are enough for us for a couple of weeks.

This is very sad if true. We left our cats alone for 2 days while we went away and my sister in law visited to give them canned food (they always have access to kibble) and clean ther litter and change their water even though their water dish has a "tank" that refills itself. She played with them, put out new toys and listened to the radio for a while so they would have a longer visit. When we got home our cats still ran up to us, pushed their heads against us, writhed around purring in kitty joy as we petted them. Animals have feelings and worry when you are gone.

I can imagine airlines being arm-twisted into offering something like that. Qatar Airways apparently had some drama with a 'plussize model' being denied boarding a couple of years ago, and since then offer free or cheap second seats (or something along those lines, I don't remember exactly.) And to be honest, if there is an empty seat on travel day you will make no money on, offering it to a hamplanet for cheaper and thus avoiding drama with customers is two-birds-with-one-stone. You get some money for an otherwise empty seat.

Apparently they started doing it during the panny when they were struggling to fill up flights. I think there are other airlines who do it as well. But yeah, the policy clearly states that the extra seat can only be purchased at the discounted price IF done at the gate on the day of the flight. I think SHE'S confused about how all this works though.
I just had to sit next to a very large person on an international flight..it was awful! A stranger smashed up next to me..physical contact with a sweaty entitled person..I can’t say how bad it was..
So have I and yeah, it's unpleasant, but I just dealt with it. I didn't assume they were entitled just because they were fat. They probably felt bad about it.
When you book a flight they do allocate the seat but you can go online and pay extra to change your seat to one you would prefer. It does cost extra on most airlines but can easily be done. That pizza bypass box was actually a meal for 5 people, as advertised on their website. She is just greedy

She could give the eggs to a neighbor. Why does she buy the 30 egg trays? We eat eggs and I bake but we still don't but them. Two dozen in boxes we can stack up are enough for us for a couple of weeks.

This is very sad if true. We left our cats alone for 2 days while we went away and my sister in law visited to give them canned food (they always have access to kibble) and clean ther litter and change their water even though their water dish has a "tank" that refills itself. She played with them, put out new toys and listened to the radio for a while so they would have a longer visit. When we got home our cats still ran up to us, pushed their heads against us, writhed around purring in kitty joy as we petted them. Animals have feelings and worry when you are gone.
I think that's what happened when the went to Thailand. Then there's poor little Howie...

Every flight that I've been on in the last 3 years has been full to the last seat, even if the seating chart showed openings that morning.. they fill them up.
Sometimes on southwest airlines in the states they don't assign seats, you just get into seat when you get on the plane. It's kind of a free for all.

I can imagine airlines being arm-twisted into offering something like that. Qatar Airways apparently had some drama with a 'plussize model' being denied boarding a couple of years ago, and since then offer free or cheap second seats (or something along those lines, I don't remember exactly.)
And to be honest, if there is an empty seat on travel day you will make no money on, offering it to a hamplanet for cheaper and thus avoiding drama with customers is two-birds-with-one-stone. You get some money for an otherwise empty seat.

I believe she's talking about a policy that Emirates has where you can book an extra seat for around $75, but it has to be at the ticket counter on the day of the flight, and you can only do it if there are extra seats available at that time. Apparently they started doing it during the panny when they were struggling to fill up flights. I think there are other airlines who do it as well. But yeah, the policy clearly states that the extra seat can only be purchased at the discounted price IF done at the gate on the day of the flight. I think SHE'S confused about how all this works though.

When you book a flight they do allocate the seat but you can go online and pay extra to change your seat to one you would prefer. It does cost extra on most airlines but can easily be done. That pizza bypass box was actually a meal for 5 people, as advertised on their website. She is just greedy

I have light hazel eyes and mormally use brown eyeliner but if I want something different, charcoal really makes the colour pop. Clinique makes Black honey eyeliner (sort of dark burgundy) which looks amazing but is pricey.
