I've always theorized that Sammy was jealous of Charlie so he and his friends shut her out of the pizzeria, causing her death. I think the reason why Henry never mentioned him doing it is because he blamed him for the incident.

They said all this in front of Charlie, Elizabeth and Michael out of spite and revenge too let them know how it feels too be left out and neglected 😁✨
