This is the best 400m race i've ever seen i have the most respect for Lionel Larry but damn Ricardo Chambers, they should both be in the US 4x4 team despite we already have Jeremy Wariner
i agree with np4651. those guys held their form straight through the line and that's really hard to do in the 400m especially with pressure on you like that. amm, JUICE42, i'm not trying to talk down le-betters but he got his as cut in that 400m race; 4x4 is a different ball game despite it still a 400m
Man end of my sophomore year I ran so much that at the end of this race I didn't even really have to catch my breath but no matter how good or how bad all your arm leg and chest muscles are dead......dead dead dead dead dead.
black people do have an advantage in sprinting. their hips are more forward than white people, meaning they rotate better. also, black people have more fast twitch muscle fibres. this is why most top 100m and 200m runners are black. however this doesnt mean white people dont have a chance, it just means black people have and advantage, and this advantage isnt a very big one when it comes to 400m
im in year 9, which i think is 8th or 9th grade in the states and im running 58s and 57s, the feeling when you break 60s seconds, is really good

Running this event is hell, the way you feel after you run weather you run fast or slow is not describable unless you've ran it.

Ian Eagle is great IMO, great call the last 50m(stupid Carol Lewis had to shriek in) and an awesome race
when you look at the race in the replay u see that larry's foot crosses the line before chamber's
