I suggest you change the title- '...for free' as this writes off the honest content before watching. The 'bitter pill' people must be conscious of is that nothing in the global/world affairs is free or, should be free. There is cost to everything on earth as this is no paradise: money/material, time, lifestyle, preferences,...as prices that man must pay daily in life.

You dont need PCR test to travel to Korea or Nigeria. But you do have to show your vaccination card. On arrival in Korea are are expected to do a PCR test at the airport.
