When it comes to engine performance, can a remap be a solution to the sluggish performance?
Not really. Try playing around with different sprocket sizes.
Nice video good info what are the costs? How much difference to the ride from stock rims set up?
I like the idea of the wide rims/tires due to better corner lean potential. They'll still be very very nimble.
The cost depends on what brand parts you use. But the set that you see installed on the black bike cost Php18k total with labor cost included.

As long as you comply to all the street legal requirements like turn signals, tail lights etc.
