I have been on a journey on my skin care for 5 years and found some methods that truly benefit my face skin appear great:
1. Stay hydrated with plenty of water.
2. Apply fresh Aloe gel on your skin before bed.

these are the remedies that I had done/used which made my skin free from acne-
1) drink a full glass of water before brushing your teeth
2)wash your face with herbal facewash after brushing ur teeth(I used oshea papaya herbal)
3)use acnestar gel only on acne spots
4)wash your face again after your bath...isbar foam nikalne ke baad 1-2min wait Krna!
5) drink plenty of water throughout your day
6)before you go to sleep wash your face with cold water or with facewash

that face wash wont work for hormonal acne.
You need to go to a dermatologist for hormonal acne or use other face washes which are not available in india. In my case, i had closed comedones. Closed comedones are tiny bumps which you get when, oil, dead skin gets trapped between the hair folicles.
This face wash and its face scrub really helped to get rid of those bumps.

It was Neutrogena Spot Controlling face wash.
It contains salicylic acid, which unclogs pores, which means that bumps on your face will go away!
