Duck Larb Recipe

Easy Duck Larb recipe:
1 whole duck, use all 2 breasts, 2 legs and 2 thighs meat. BBQ or pan seared til cooked then groud it up.
Optional broiled all the skin and innards then sliced into thin pieces to mix with larb.
3 tbsp Roasted Sticky Rice Powder
2 tbsp Roasted Chill Powder
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
4 sbsp Lime Juice
2 sbsp Sliced Lemon Grass
2 tbsp Sliced Galangal Root
3 tbsp Fried Shallot
1/2 Cup sliced Green Onion
1/2 Cup of Celentros
1/2 Cup of Mints
