- Wow, I did not expect this!
I spent 2 days at this amazing property after being invited by a subscriber of the channel to clean their FILTHY poolside areas. I was shocked when greeted with some of these colours.. and it only got better as the pressure washing went on!
I jet washed the pathways, the seating area and in another video, the poolside. There was even a secret seating area that got a bit of power washing magic too..

@@margielynch7196The pool doesn't look like it has been cleaned in a while, so I guess it doesn't matter if any dirt gets in there. Maybe the owner plans to get it cleaned afterwards?
I’m back after watching the whole video to remark how beautiful that barbecue area is. Whoever designed it deserves a MEDAL for sensibility & comfort! It’s so shady and protected, I would eat every meal there, lol, probably sleep there too. I just LOVE this property, what can I say? PROTECT ENGLAND with every breath in your bodies!!

Wow that property is EXCEPTIONALLY beautiful, a dream house that conveys stability and success! The owner is mindful of practicality too, with the clothesline &rainwater barrels. I like everything about it, thank you so much to the owner for letting us see it & to you for winning this prize of a job. Hard to make it MORE gorgeous, but it is!! 👍

It's always so satisfying to see the first "grime line" appear when the pressure nozzle first starts...it's always amazing how clean it is when you're finished. Especially that "BARBECUE" 😊
One thing I've often wondered though is how you make sure water doesn't get in under doors/windows etc when you are spraying under them?Another awesome video 😁💙
Mostly the doors are sealed, otherwise you just have to try not to spray directly on them :P

BBQ, you have done a fantastic job so far, just an observation though, the house lawns and shubbery etc. are immaculate but the amount of sludge and dirt on the areas you have cleaned and started to clean is massive, keep up the good work, look forward to seeing the end result.

Your channel is my go-to anxiety reducer. I’m obsessed with this property. There was something beautiful and gothic about the moss but for them to be able to use the barbecue again is amazing.

I might have to put a sneak peak up in the week, I am so excited for the next part. This is my favourite job yet!
That this will look great at the end is a given, trying to figure the different color and material types is more of a puzzle, and what they may look like when done. It does look to be fun, with different areas and colors. The nice gardens are going to be shown-off. You made a Grime Line pattern with the stairs, a nice comparison of before and after. The surprise Barbecue area is good. Still can't tell yet what the final change will be but nice that it is being recovered for beauty and use.

I believe that some of those stubborn spots, especially where the bird poo is could use some chemical before and after. And what beautiful stone work I've seen in these videos. I'm from the US and don't see such beauty in yards, patios and pools. Thank you👍

Very nice result.
Just a suggestion: it seems logical to me that you should clean all the different tiles/bricks and surfaces before you put down the bleach. Putting it on top of the moss first (bbq area) and then power washing it off doesn’t give it time to kill the black and white spots and give the concrete (in this example) time to absorb the chemical. When done in reverse ie: power wash, rinse and then the bleach it is more likely to have staying power to keep the moss, and spots at bay.
I should think that if your way worked better all the other guys who power wash would be doing it your way. But none do.
But in general, nice result.
