Brother Bloodfire, I get the same emotions stirred up in me whenever my Muslim friend tries to twist scriptures and ask me ignorant questions without even have red one whole phrase from the Bible and trying to show that our God and Bible is not accurate. I recognized my self when I saw u, my hands shakes to, not out of anger but more out of frustration because they are so blind to the truth it‘a almost ok to call them all brainwashed.

Another way to look at it is this: a king represents his kingdom as a parent represents their child. So if a king sins (see the kings who took Abraham's wife, or pharaoh), the entire country suffers. I don't quite understand the Islamic concept of the prophets being essentially sinless. Abbas alludes to it when he says they don't believe David committed adulatory. I just feel like that goes against human nature and how we experience things. Humans by nature are imperfect and mess up and sin. To think prophets don't do the same is weird to me.

Allah allows Muslims to be a liar. In what circumstances can you lie in Islam?
In Islam you are allowed to lie under three circumstances.
1.The first is we can say that we are not Muslim if someone or people are threatening our life and would kill us if we were to state that we are Muslim or follow Islam.
2. The second is if we are captured by the enemies of the Muslims during a fight or battle and are asked "which way did they go?". For this we are allowed to point in the wrong direction and mislead the enemies so that the Muslims are safe.

The above doesn't mean that God is the cause of David's wives sleeping with other men. God is prophesying what would happen as a consequence of David's actions because his wives would have no respect for him and would indulge in sin. The God of the Bible doesn't control people and doesn't cause them to sin unlike allah of the koooran.
The below verses in the Bible indicate that God of the Bible has given us free will. So David's wives sleeping with another man was a result of their own choice.

The Old Testament law was "an eye for an eye" when David committed adultery & sinned against God - God punished his sin by having his wife commit adultery... God is prophesying what would happen as a consequence of David's actions because his wives would have no respect for him and would indulge in sin.
