Evolution of the M4H district in 120 years

The former Merwe Vierhavens port district evolution seen in 120 years. Starting in 1900 up to 2020 to map shows the evolution, development and change of the port throughout the years. The district changed completely every 20 years after the port has been launched and completed.
The M4H district is at the frontstep of a complete conversion to a urban cultural innovation district, where approximately 5000-8000 residential housing will be added in the next years.
The site is as big as the centre of Rotterdam itself.
