Does anyone know what little music snippit that is at the begining of the ATOS videos? It sounds like it would be a tight tune.
Will the first pass work if the opponent grabs the collar? I had trouble with that. Thanks!
I'm sure all these techniques will work but as soon as your opponent grabs your gi it won't be easy.
