Just to fix cols mistake I didn't stop running because there was nothing I could do, I stopped running because you regen faster while walking it is very useful to use and I suggest you start doing it in combat because it helps you out regen your enemy!

What makes eva so strong in my opinion is being able to jump into an attack zone while doing damage and jumping right back while still doing damage and being able to jump over shin’s tail attack as well.

The nutcracker bows to Eva as his superior
There is a counter to Eva’s spear if you are using dest. As soon as you see the spear throw animation start, use your oxygen destroyer beam. Dest can’t go to the ground while beaming, and it lasts long enough to remedy the grounding effect. OP

It's grounding time is wayyy less, now Eva is far more skill depended and over all weak, still beats dest cuz of hitboxes, but now mz can beat him, cuz grounded mz has way better range, just take a tanky build and use tempest, then go in and shred as much HP as possible, then, if you play carefully you can win.

Tip for eva: When using violent thrust, you can face towards where you want to go when using the attack and then face towards the enemy to range them

What makes EVA so deadly is her ranged attacks and her speed she's a direct counter to tanks as they are slow and take some time to charge up heavy hitting moves. With the right method to use the speed and long range i can see her being able to defeat a destoryah with the right skill.

just a tip for ballbreaker, when eva went berserk mode, njj should have used drum while he was close and ran away from eva, later return to the drum and fill the v bar, this way you can fight longer with more chances of winning

The Nutbreaker's health without skill points (4110 i think) would get depleted in seconds by eva 01 and idk what speed eva 01's now she did get a nerf but i haven't seen the nerfed stats so I'm assuming she's faster than the nutcracker
And yeah when a kaiju tries to heal that's where you bring out the drum
And when they beam, you use the pulse or his move 2 which deals a whopping *975 dmg* if dmg points are maxed. Also since she got a nerf there are some counters to it now not just Frostbite Behemoth

To make it even clearer as to why I didn’t use ob, Eva 57 speed would have made me take far more damage than I would have been able to heal(OB animation is stationary) ,and cleric swipe hitbox is quite sad.

@@wasabebo8334 You have to realize that at the time of the video Eva was the fastest land kaiju, since then eva has lost over 15 speed, and cleric can hold its own and even kill Eva’s now.

eva literally cant hurt cleric unless it uses its gun or pulse so stalling out the gun is ur best bet

just a tip for people against eva do you attack early when they use the spear dive to guarantee to hit them
Eva's only counter rn is Frozen Behemoth, but literally nothing else counters Eva. Although for some reason I feel like megagirus could do pretty well considering it's speed, but even with that, if Eva hits you with it's thrown spear, your a gonner.
And level 999 Minil EX would likewise lose anyways.
Conclusion: Eva has only 1 counter, it's a P2W Kaiju...
i think Eva is still on testing and that it will get rebalanced in the future, i mean a skilled enough dest can keel frozen behemoth but eva cna keel dest so idk, now that i think about it, imagine heisei godzilla, legendary godzilla and ultima joinning forces together to defeat the villains of the series (destoroyah, monster zero and Eva) and then when they are about to lose more godzilla´s come to aid them in battle, that would be cool

I have been waiting for this to see his true power edit: the thermo pulse Eva can easily dodge and the running move Eva can also easily dodge
I stopped playing as eva because right when h would get out of the way from a strong kaijus attack, I would teleport on top of them and take damage, causing me to waste the charge for using a move to get away and also wasting the time h could have used to deal more damage. This teleportation glitch happened to me 6 times in a 1v1 with an ultima and caused me to lose miserably. Thai glitch has ruined all the fun I was having and I’m hesitant to play as eva again until it is fixed. But considering he is technically the most expensive kaiju in the game, if he gets nerfed it should be very slightly. Possibly changing the grounded time from his spear to 10 or less seconds.
It's the anticheat bugs with a kajiu this complex coming in to ku it was bound to happen rn there working to fix it but it's taking longer than anticipated due to how complex eva is

dest can now bc the ground only lasts 5 secs now and with 4 skill points on speed with dest you can dodge evas spear
With some skill Mg2021 can kill Eva too

With that it is 50/50
But adding speed to dodge Eva abilites could give you a win
The thing i like abt eva is that using his spear and jumping up and doing a smackdown u can actually dodge over the enemy and not get damaged

The only two kaiju that actually pose a threat to Eva’s existence is a PaytoWin kaiju (frozen behemoth) and a custom kaiju (godzilla ultima) is a clear sign of how well Prometeo play tests their kaiju

Eva is pretty hard to get used to because most kaijus don't have a arsenal the only thing we can compare thi thing to is kong and voodon but once you get the hang of it you are a true sweat lord 👍

Bro, I agree that the frozen behemont is superior to the eva, because it has an almost instantaneous regeneration and the eva is a character that needs distance to kill.
What I do not agree is that the thermos has not given the expected fight (opinion), for these cases this configuration is needed: 3 speed 7 regeneration or the other way around, because that way the thermos can perform the nuclear pulse more times at the same time. Eve. which the eva affects a lot because of the average life it has, well I don't really know if you had that point configuration, but knowing my experience using the thermo (130 levels), I normally use this configuration to defeat kaijus like these (eva 01)

eva needs nerf for some reasons and i want to say it and eva is not even a kaiju to be the strongest creature in kaiju game
1.eva is to fast it needs nerf in speed like make it bit faster than the 2nd fastest kaiju like have more than the 2nd fastest kaiju with 3 speed that would make it less painfull to catch eva when you almost killed him
2.the spear throw can ground fliers they should make it cant do it that will make fliers have higher chance to win or escaping
3. the gun mode is very stong and annoying they should make eva have less ammo and slower when shooting-ibrahim asiri
let’s all use this video as a reminder of the balancing team being awful now the eva we have now is balanced if anyone disagrees they need a doctor cause I go through hell fighting my friends eva and if it’s bad that’s skill issue tell me one thing that was taken off of eva
Pretty sure some modes like knife and berserk weren't worth using while spear and gun were busted op, the gun grounded flyers with an amount of speed points and lance mode had twice the range apparently. EVA-01 on release was the embodiment of cancer and a balancing disaster lol, I agree that the rebalance was effective in the sense that its still incredibly powerful but has its flaws like every other endgame.

Eva actually could’ve won against Argo. Here’s why: Eva has better health, and surprisingly, better damage, but since then Eva was nerfed a bit, but her damage still rivals the Argo’s. So if an Eva player lands a hit every time, the Argo will die

The shin fight I feel was portrayed wrong I’ve seen a couple of max Eva’s already (must have never stopped playing since release) and I’ve killed them.
Edit: they might also just be bad at the game.
But remember destroyahs model is gonna be 3 years old here soon this year and it’s pretty much out dated so I guarantee you that when dest gets his remodel he will be 10 times his strength when remodel comes . For an a ex sample mz was literally 10 times his strength after the remodel

I feel like dest would be as strong as he was before the nerf, with the insane 10k or 14k health (I can't remember which one) and insane amounts of damage
Eva vs Nutcracker feels like the duel of all time
The devs did a great job balancing this beast, it doesn’t have *that* ridiculous damage/dps that it shreds through hp like nobody’s business, nor does it have godly hp, you actually need to play well to perform well and fights last a long time (a good thing imo).
The only glaring issue if the spear’s grounding effect: 15 seconds is *way* too long, every other kaiju with this capability only afflicts it for ~5-7 seconds, so Eva’s spear should last about this long to prevent it becoming too broken. For compensation, buff the moves in berserk mode: the melees are seriously underwhelming and should be a tad faster animation wise, AT field is the most useless move ever concieved and it doesn’t even feel like it’s doing anything when you use it.

Why nerfing the spear? It's already the strongest kaiju and it only have one counter, aside the spear gives a 15 sec ground and making it impossible for an op flying kaiju to kill you. It shouldn't be buffed or nerfed.

Shin is Eva's counter. You just have to be smart with attacks. I beat max eva using the run and spear strategy and I was level 40 something

@@Bulbmin1 it’s not really good against kaiju’s that can beam it down from afar distance, Ultima being an example since its beam cooldown is the same as its beam duration meaning after spitting out one beam, it can spit out yet another after that

@@nottuhs5192 The problem is, fb get literally 0 damage from Ultima's beam, frozen garden heals more hp per second than beam can damage. FB is good against anyone and anything, 100 hp per tick is broken crap and has to be nerfed.
They need to nerf the 15 second grounding lmao, make it like 10 or something, not as short as Thermo's pulse grounding, but atleast shorter then what it currently is.

Lets be honest here. I think that Eva's grounding spear cooldown should be much less than 15 secs. In my opinion I think it should be nerfed but I think like Jayson said, you should walk but also Eva's weakness I think its strong regen so put lots of skill points in regen!

Queen* eva itself is a genderless creature, but it is possesed by Shinjis mother, meaning EVAngelion is a female with she/her pronouns.
(Also, fliers have been nerfed to oblivion. Minilla ex cant use any attacks in air expect the beam, Evangelion can easily dodge the beam by dashing with her knife mode or using the “vorporal dive” attack, aka evangelions third spear attack, where it jumps into the air and its super hard to focus)

@@bobaa4268 dont you understand what i meant? Doesnt minilla grow every level? If its a huge golden mess that is slower than a snail, how is its attacks in air going to even hit? If it comes down to bite or claw a godzilla, it will get dodged and the godzilla will get a free hit. A manda can literally solo a minilla ex with its grounding ability, overall minilla SUCKS. If you know how to play and dodge you will be able to evade minilla ex’s attacks. It has such a huge hurtbox, and i dont think getting hit when you try to attack should be called attack, so overall they should rework minilla ex. On the ground it at least had range, but on air its even SLOWER.
even tho i got eva with barely any issues, that still dosen't matter, many people are struggling for the requirements to get it, so i suppose its just about alright.

Eva is very, very op against fliers, and overall op against Dest, MZ etc, I’ve killed a level 98 Dest with my level 7 Eva 01 multiple times, berserk needs a buff, knife mode too. Other than that, Eva is the best Kaiju in all of KU with Fbehe.

Eva needs some nerfs and some buffs. Heavy nerfs to the spear mode, heavy buffs to knife mode and berserk mode.

Why did Monster Zero beam in melee combat?
Also, when the rebalance came out EVA can only ground enemies for half the duration. The spear got nerfed while the knife got buffed to make all paradigms equal except Berserk. Berserk got a huge buff but I still don't think Berserk could work against Monster Zero other than the counterattack and the "Heart of the End" move.
The thing is I didn't use Berserk while defeating Monster Zero.
In this video the anticheat screwed mz he could've hit the wing attack + the alpha roar damage and made Eva low

if both players are skilled (for example people in the 10 million gcells club) g19 stands no chance against dest, ESPECIALLY eva
