- An innovative program for seniors and people with Parkinson's Disease or other neurological disorders taught in the Dance for PD® (Parkinson's disease) method. Participants explore movement and music while doing dance based activities in ways that are enjoyable, stimulating and creative. No dance experience in necessary. The class is a comfortable pace.
