  • Exhaust started to blow on Ned the Zed after catching bottom of car on speed bumps!
    There were no nuts and bolts as such just some rusty old remains of a bolt left - no nuts but held on by rust ;(

    Cor! Doing that exhaust looked a right pain. As they often are : ) well done for getting that sorted 👍

      Yeah that was one of the most difficult jobs we have done on the Z4. There is not enough access around the corroded bolts. Best advice if you tackle this job is to get the car high enough to work comfortably, and have sharp drill bits!

    what are the size of the nuts and bolts?

      Hi, not 100% sure as its been a while but i think they were a 17mm head, so probably 10mm thread.
