The Wild Swan

A setting for SSAA Choir and Piano of lyrics collected on the Isle of Eigg by the Scottish folklorist Kenneth MacLeod. The words express the yearning of a wild Whooper Swan for the Isle of Jura (off the west coast of Scotland). "On night of stars, Far might I fly, Westward fly toward Jura."
